I loved this. Same as with the first book, this was so well written and the characters were fleshed out in a way which made them feel three dimensional and beyond relatable.
It truly made you realise that someone can be strong but also weak from time to time, courageous but also afraid in some instances - or maybe constantly afraid but putting up a good front when necessary.

The MCs speak for the first time at the 40% mark in the book, but it never felt like I was getting bored or “couldn’t wait” for them to meet and see the romance develop. I knew it was gonna get there but we had to get a feel for them, their personality and struggles individually.

I can’t really complain about anything except that maybe I wished it was longer. The conflict was solved pretty quickly.

I think I still loved the first book just a tiny bit better.

I’m flying through the series and I’m sad I’ll eventually reach the end.

I think so far this one is better than the Brutal Birthright series. (I still have 2 books to read in that one though, so who knows)

I am just so obsessed with Sophie Lark. This book is about Sasha, who just finished medical school and dreams of moving out of Russia to become a doctor. But when she goes home, she learns that her father is in severe debt and could never pay it back in his lifetime. To help her family, Sasha offers herself to the mafia to work as their personal doctor for twenty years. Snow is a fighter whose bosses work for the mafia. He is there to fight and win his money, but he moment he sees Sasha, he can't get her out of his head. He knows she shouldn't be working for such bad people, but he also knows he needs to keep to himself and win his fights. But the two find themselves unable to stay away from one another and have to fight to survive in their dangerous world. I loved their connection and how protective Snow was of Sasha. The fights in here definitely turned dark and gritty, but I loved being on the edge of my seat, not knowing who would win or who would even survive. I cannot gush about this book enough! This had everything I love in a mafia romance, but it was two people who were just caught up in that world trying to survive while falling in love.

This was just so beautiful and so violent!

Sophie Lark just continues to surprise me with her stories. I love how each of her books are different form one another. The characters are very much individuals and the stories she creates for them are unique to them alone.

Once again, I wanted this to be longer. She creates such great worlds, with characters that have depth to them, well-paced plot with stakes that are high.

This book got so intense and suspenseful at some points, I didn’t see a way out for the couple to have their happy ending.

It was gritty and raw and my goodness did I love the violence in this. 😂 There’s this one particular scene with Sasha that had me almost screaming. I love how she came into her own.

I’m having the best time making my way through this series.

On my Sophie marathon bullshit, prepping for the savage. This was kind of a different vibe than usual, because snow and Sasha are not themselves bratva members but instead forced to work in bratva circles. Snow is a underground fighter and has never been beaten, he’s smart at what he does. Sasha is a generally sheltered girl who just graduated medical school, who comes home to realize her family is in unending debt to the bratva. She starts working as a doctor for the bratva to protect her family, and that’s where she meets snow as he fights in underground fights she is the medic at. Snow has felt nothing really until he meets sasha, and he instantly feels protective and enthralled by her. Things move fast between them but the love between these two jumped off the page😩

“Do you know that I never loved anything before I loved you? I didn’t know I had a heart at all, until you made it beat. Now that heart belongs to you, and you belong to me, me and nobody else. I’ll kill every last one of them before I let them take you”

3.75 ⭐️ (but the more I think about it, the more I liked this book idk lol)

The second half of the book really carried the whole story for me and I wished that had been longer.

My only problem was that Snow and Sasha only started talking 38% into the book, so I just wanted to see more depth in their relationship since we only had the second half the book to build on their love.

It was sooo sweet once they got together so I wanted more of that. Snow’s bond with his coach, friend and cat were so wholesome, too.

Still, I absolutely adore Sophie Lark’s writing and how she incorporated the elements of boxing in this. This was violent and brutal and gritty and I loved it. Idk what that says about me lol.

A true jealous/possessive H from Sophie!

I mean. He’s still super woke for a Bratva boxer and he actually thinks the words “sexual agency” 👀🤡 But overall I really liked him. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The h is a doctor in her late 20s (total guess) and is a virgin. I liked that she was smart but not a ball-buster. She was vulnerable and brave.

I liked that the H took her v-card and was determined to be her one and only.

I liked that the H got to be a real hero. The h did stuff on her own behalf, but the H got to shine too.

Like usual, I struggle with the relationship development in Sophie’s books. They go from a couple conversations to sex and undying love real quick. And I’m always left scratching my head. This would make more sense in a coercion situation, but just 2 people getting to know each other? I need more. It’s way too abrupt for me.

I think my favorite part was how the h gets back at her would-be rapist and the gangsters tormenting her. 👀🤢😏😈

Bottom Line? I really liked it! One of my favorite Sophie Lark books. I enjoyed the characters and story line quite a bit.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⚠️SAFETY SQUAD SPOILERS⚠️

- no cheating or sharing

- no OW drama

- no dubcon

- we do get a scene where the H gets a bj from a random girl before he meets the h

- attempted sexual assault on the h by OP

- h is a virgin, late 20s(??)

- H is a manwhore, late 20’s (??)

- mafia violence

- h is a dr for the Bratva and she cuts up a body - one time she’s forced to by the Bratva overlords and the other time she does out of necessity to hide a body - it’s gruesome and bloody

- it is implied that the h secretly feeds a bad guy to the gangsters as a means of getting rid of the body.

- no condoms and no discussion or thoughts of safety of any kind between the MCs. 😑 kinda gross since he’s been sexing up random gals before the h. He does think about using a condom with the gal he gets a bj from, but that’s the only time safety is mentioned. It’s weird that a doctor never once thinks about birth control or asking the H about his sexual hygiene habits… or even just wondering…

no joke i gasped at this quote. where did THAT come from??? i love snow. he's like this giant teddy bear that i want to hug.

this was def more centered on boxing and mafia more than the romance since the couple didn't even meet until like the 35-40% mark?? that's literally the only thing that made this a 4 star read. i really wanted more moments between snow and sasha. they seemed so good together.

also i did not expect to feel pain. like i didn't cry but i was actually so close if the chapter was a little bit longer. all in all, i love these characters and this world.

Snow will be back in the Kingmakers... what does that MEAN?!

Wow! This one was SO GOOD! I devoured it.

Sasha and Snow made me so happy. Even when I couldn't see a way out... the HEA came in to view. This was EPIC!

This review may contain spoilers, so fair warning, upon reading the review.

Snow is the second book in the Underworld Series and this is the MMA fighter romance so I had really high hopes for this one. This was another quick read, but I really liked the gritty mafia world that Sophie Lark is building with this series. This one really shows the dark side of the mafia world and it has one of my favorite trope “forbidden” I really love the dynamic of an MMA fighter and a doctor pairing and I really felt like the author handles this type of dynamic so well. I was really intrigued by the setup here. First, we have Snow, who has been training to be an MMA fighter, he fights in the underworld of the MMA but he dreams of going to America to fight in legitimate matches. He is working a tournament and if he wins, he will have enough in his savings to leave Russia and fulfill his dream, And then we have our heroine, who has finished school and is now a doctor, but when she comes home she learns her father is in great debt to a mafia warlord, and she offers her medical services to save her family. Snow and Sasha meet at the matches, but there is a taste of forbidden because the mafia king can’t find out she is in a relationship with Snow, or they both risk being killed.

“Yes, I want romance!” she says, unashamed. “I want passion and love and connection. I want ambition and goals, too. I want struggle and experience. Failure, then success. I want it all, every last drop of it. I don’t want to live and die for nothing.”

I really enjoyed seeing how this romance developed and the side characters that we are introduced to just charmed me. My heart was saddened by what happened to one of the fighters because I really fell in love with him (like every time I think about it my heart breaks) but I definitely see why the author had this happen as it needed to build the intensity and dramatic effect for what Snow needed to do to win and it really built the conflict and forbidden feel to the story. I absolutely loved the characters, they both have wills of iron, and they have an instant connection that they act on and I really admired that so deeply. We do get an entrance of Ivan and Sloane (first book) and I really liked that even if it was a short moment. I really felt for both characters though, their development is penned so well and I wanted for them to reach their HEA so much. There is such a fierce level of determination and grit from them both in overcoming their obstacles. They definitely won my heart easily and eager to see what more this series brings.

Victory is always possible for the person who refuses to stop fighting.

This is a Beauty and the Beast story: a beautiful woman from a privileged, formerly wealthy family, who has trained to be a doctor; a boxer from the wrong side of the tracks. Thrown together as tools of the Russian mafia, they find comfort in each other.

I love Beauty and the Beast. I love boxers. Hell, I love fighting - that's why I think hockey is the most enjoyable sport to watch (okay, I think it's the hottest. Whatever). But after reading Kingmakers 1-3 and Underworld 1-2, I think this is my least favorite of the bunch. Still great, just my least fav. But it was fun to see the origin story for Snow and Sasha, since we saw them decades later in book 3 of Kingmakers.

The beginning was so slow, I almost didn't want to continue it. But I am so glad I pushed through because once Snow and Sasha met I was hooked. I loved the two of them and their love for each other ahh!! It was short and simple and I'm glad I continued with this series :)

Personally, I’m not a fan of boxing. I would never shame anyone for liking this sport and I even admire anyone who partakes in this tough sport, it’s just not something I like to watch. Or read about, as it’s the case with this book.

So a huge part of the plot, everything related to boxing, the tournament and Snows training, wasn’t something I was super interested in. But I liked how it was used to show his character and determination. But the best about this book was Sasha. She was strong and clever and determined to do anything to help out her father and family. She didn’t sit around waiting for someone to save her, she did what she had to do to survive and protect the ones she loved.

This book was way better than Ivan, writing wise. It showed how much Sophie Lark learned as an author. It had more depth and character development. Still there’s some room for improvement, but it did much more for me than Ivan did.

THIS WAS EVERYTHINGG!!!! I am in love with Snow and that is a fact.

Sasha has such a good character development and one scene literally had my mouth wide open. She becomes someone SO different from her beginning persona, but in the best way possible. She would do absolutely anything for her family and at certain points it made me tear up.

SNOW IS A NEW BOOK BF YALL. I love this man so so so much. He’s a grumpy hard ass, but is so sweet on the inside. He’s an underground fighter which is hot as fuck, but has such a soft side for Sasha I melted. His pov was just amazing and I cant wait to see more of him in the Kingmakers series!!

Maybe 4.5 stars? While this is a mafia/bratva romance, it has a bit of a unique vibe given that neither the hero and heroine are involved in the bratva, but instead are both caught in the crosshairs of it. I really enjoyed Sasha and Snow’s romance and the underground fighting tournament kept me on the edge of my seat!

A great story, it has romance but also a part of the plot doesn't revolve around it. I liked that. So far this series is better than Brutal Birthright.

Sasha and Snow are such a great couple. Sasha has awful parents. A spoiled mother who helped plunge the family into misery and her father was a doormat.

I like our side characters Meyer, Boom Boom, Rabbi, Anastasia, and even Yakov was a good antagonist. It seems we are always introduced to a nice secondary character just for them to be killed off. It happened in the first book and it happened here. It was sad. It seems like this is a pattern that will repeat in future books in the series.

Mila (Sasha's sister) is the protagonist of the next book. I can't wait to find out more about her.

"Those other boys were like shoppers in a store, poking and prodding. Snow is picking me up and taking me home."

This book was brutal and I loved it.

When I go into dark mafia romances I want there to be action, I want it to be gritty and gory - and thank you Sophie Lark for providing me with that.

Snow and Sasha's romance was so beautiful and I loved the secret, forbidden aspect to it. They both needed salvation from the darkness around them, and they found a sliver of light within one another. I love that Sasha made Snow softer, but Snow made Sasha sharper.

My favourite aspect of this novel was how Sasha became a kickass woman who turned the mafia on its head. She wasn't comfortable in their world, but they pushed her into and they paid the price in the end. I don't want to say what my favourite scene was, but I'm sure you can guess if you've read the book. I literally wanted to throw confetti at Sasha and applaud her to the moon for what she did.

I haven't read a book following an underground fighter before, but I really loved following Snow and seeing that world through his eyes. Additionally, his relationship with his trainer (who is basically a father figure) tugged on my heartstrings.

What was really cool was the fact that both their POVs were always action-packed. One thing I have realised with Sophie Lark is that she doesn't allow one POV to lag behind another in pace. Both Snow and Sasha stand on their own and have enticing storylines. That is so important in a novel and just goes to show how talented Lark is as an author.

Side Note: Snow + his cat = heart melting
I always love when there is a cat in a book, and having big, burly Snow take in a cat was the best thing ever.

The only reason it isn't a 5-star read is because I feel like I've read it before and I have no clue why. There were scenes in the book where I was like "wait have I read this" and I AM SO FREAKING CONFUSED. Because I know I haven't read it... So wtf, why did it feel like I had. My head hurts trying to figure this out and I feel like I'm going nuts.
I am wondering if I maybe watched someone on YouTube talk about it in a spoiler-way?

Overall, Sophie Lark is one of my favourite authors and I can't wait to see how Snow makes a reappearance in her later series.

To save her family from being found in a ditch after getting a loan from the Bratva and unable to pay it back, Sasha decides to take matters in her own hands, and strikes a deal. 20 years of her services, to be private doctor at his beck and call and handing over her families restaurant business.

Her first task was to meet at an illegal underground fighting ring and doctor up the fighters. This is we’re she meets Snow.
An intimidating, huge, tattooed, quiet fighter.

Both Sasha and Snow definitely notice one another.
And it takes them bumping into each other in the street to start talking to each other and getting to know each other.
With Snow never being in love nor felt loved and Sasha seeing all the good in Snow, it’s pretty instalove and swoony.

Virgin Heroine.
Opposites attract.

With the Bratva owning Sasha and Snow fighting for his life in and out of the ring, he also wants to fight for Sasha and her freedom.

Yes to an HEA.

Continuing my Kingmakers detour with Snow (aka Dean’s mentor in The Bully). I feel like I’m starting to get a stronger sense of the power dynamics between Bratva bosses in this series, which I think will be helpful as I continue on in Kingmakers. Moving right along.

We stan Snow. He’s the epitome of a “big wife guy” and he and Sasha aren’t even married. He’s obsessed with her in a very adorable way, wanting to act as her protector but also recognizing that she has her own hopes and dreams and can take care of herself.

Their connection is raw and powerful, both being able to see through the others defenses and into their real selves. Snow is a champion underground boxer, and Sasha has positioned herself as a Bratva bosses on-call doctor to ease the debt owed by her father. The pair have to sneak around, which IMO added an extra sexy dash of excitement to their encounters.

I wasn’t expecting to get so attached to some of the side characters, but whew this one got me. I really loved this overall, and I’m literally CHOMPING AT THE BIT to dive into Dean’s story and see how this all plays out.

There was quite a bit of crying.

Chomping at the air, ripping my hair out, screaming into my pillow…Snow is so soft for Sasha it’s unreal. His commitment to her and his desire to not be so rough when he thinks about her.

This high stakes boxing story with a forbidden, secret love was one I couldn’t put down the moment I started.

Watching Snow grow softer and Sasha grow tougher in order to thrive together was a beautiful thing in this bleak world they’d been brought into.

I think this hands-down my favorite romance Sophie Lark has written.

A Steamy, Action-packed Dark Mafia Romance Novel!!

I would like to begin this review by stating that I receiving this book as an Advanced Review Copy (ARC) from BookSprout and the author herself and I am reviewing this book voluntarily.

Snow is the sixth book in the Colors of Crime series by the author Sophie Lark. It is a contemporary romantic-thriller novel, which similar to Crimson (book #4) and Emerald (book #5) is also a dark mafia romance novel that is just distinct as the above mentioned books in this series and can therefore be read as a stand-alone novel; though, I'd highly recommend that you read all of the books in the Colors of Crime series, since they are all quite riveting in their own right and each of them may be read as stand-alone novels. However, I do personally believe that while each of the books in this series can be read as a stand-alone novel, they are still interconnected somehow and serve as a continuation of the previous book and should ideally be read together in order to gain a better understanding of the story; for example, Sapphire (#1)-Sapphire (#2), Violet (#3)-Crimson (#4), and Emerald (#5)-Snow (#6), respectively. Thus, even though Snow can can be read on its own, I would still highly encourage my fellow readers to read Emerald beforehand, since it serves as a prequel to Snow, allowing readers to gain a better overview of some of the main characters, such as Krupin and some 'guest' characters, such as Ivan and Sloane Petrov, who make a very brief appearance in Snow.

Hence, Snow is based on a very talented, yet gruff and somewhat morose underground boxer named Filip (or Snow as he is more commonly referred to throughout the story), who earns a decent income through the various illegal underground boxing matches that he participates in. In contrast, Sasha is a young, newly graduated doctor, who is both fierce-natured, yet kind and compassionate with an ambitious streak, and has her entire life and career mapped out before her eyes. However, fate clearly has other plans in mind; and unlike Snow, Sasha and her family are in a dire financial strife due to her mother’s indulgent reckless spending habits and are deeply indebted to the Bratva—namely, Krupin and his men, who come to collect their debt. Sasha sees the look of sheer panic and terror that is written all over her father's face, and upon sensing his feeling of inner turmoil and helplessness, she decides to take matters into her own hands and gathers up the courage to secretively step into the proverbial devil's lair and strikes up a deal with the devil himself—whom in this case is none other than Krupin himself. In other words, even though on paper, Snow and Sasha appear as different as night and day, they have more in common than they realize, since they share the same morals and values, have a similar outlook on life, while their ambitiousness and determination makes them highly resilient in the face of the challenges that they each face throughout the story.

That is, Sasha is forced to sacrifice her own dreams and career prospects as a newly graduated doctor and offers to work for Krupin as his personal in-house doctor who would treat injured boxers both during and after boxing matches in order to save her from complete financial ruin and to repay the debt that her family owes to the Bratva leader as soon as possible. Krupin is astonished and somewhat impressed by Sasha's courage and determination to shoulder the responsibility for her family's poor financial decisions—especially her willingness to repay the debt her family owes him, he agrees to her deal and employs her as a doctor, strictly outlining the terms of her employment for the next twenty years and providing her with a cell phone for work, as he does so, in exchange for a paltry monthly salary and allowing her father to continue to operate the restaurant while working for the Bratva leader himself. Hearing Krupin outline the terms of her employment, Sasha is immediately filled with a sense of absolute dread, but knowing she is left with very little choice but to accept Krupin's offer, she starts working for him the very next day. At the same time, she is also somewhat relieved by the the fact that at least her father would still continue to operate the restaurant as he always had so far.

While Sasha is busy working at the infirmary as an in-house doctor at the unground boxing matches that are organized by Krupin and his men, treating the injured boxers, and Snow is occupied with defeating his opponents in those illegal boxing matches and winning those matches; the story reaches a pivotal point when Snow is injured during one of the boxing matches and is sent to the infirmary, where Sasha had been treating other injured boxers and is utterly mesmerized by her gentle nature and allows her to treat him. Even though Snow feels an instant attraction to Sasha, he tries to dismiss the thought, knowing full well that she is far too beautiful for him and is out of his league, and she simply doesn't belong in his world. Nevertheless, Sasha and Snow meet for coffee and connect with each other right away and realize that apart from their familial backgrounds and academic backgrounds, they have a lot more in common than they initially thought—i.e. both of them share the same inherent values and are equally ambitious about achieving their dreams. Later, both Sasha and Snow share a searing, scorching night of passion, and while Sasha experiences sexual pleasure for the very first time, Snow feels truly enamored by Sasha's innocence and her untouched beauty, and vows to introduce her to a whole new world of sexual pleasure.

Meanwhile, Krupin and his men are engaged in heavy conversation and are working hard to strike a nefarious deal with another more lecherous Bratva leader, named Stepanov; the deal involves betting on Sasha's supposed innocence and using her as a pawn in their plans, unbeknownst of the fact that Sasha is no longer a virgin, and ultimately selling her to Stepanov. Except, Snow gets an inkling of their plans and is overwhelmed with the desire to protect Sasha from their sinister plans and their evil intentions. So, he decides to foil their plans and makes a deal with Krupin, offering to repay every last cent of the debt that Sasha and her family owes him by working for him for as long as it would take to repay the loan in exchange for releasing Sasha from his employment in order to pursue her medical career in the most respectable manner and gain freedom the dangerous world of the Bratva that she’d been thrust into forcibly, thereby allowing her to put some much needed distance herself and the Bratva.

As expected, Snow wins the boxing match and in turn, Krupin wins the bet that he'd placed on Snow against Stepanov, and Sasha is liberated from the clutches of the Bratva and the story ends with an HEA (Happily-Ever-After) that is both sweet and exciting, similar to all of the other books in the Colors of Crime series. Snow is an intriguing dark mafia romance novel that delves into the dark, yet exciting world of Bratvas/Russian mafia and their complex rivalries with other Bratva/Russian mafia groups, as well as the influence they have on the outside world. It consists of an original plot with well-developed characters that is is sure to enthrall readers from the first page to the last; while the steamy scenes between Sasha and Snow are scintillating and scorch enough to set your phone(s) or Kindles ablaze! Snow is a dark mafia romance novel that is comprised of some very intense themes that are common among nearly all of the books in the Colors of Crime series, such as romance, eroticism, crime, vengeance, and violence—with the exception of gore, which unfortunately seems to be quite a prominent theme in this particular book, thus making it very difficult for me to enjoy reading this book. On a more positive note, though, Snow features a fast-paced plot that ensures that there is never a dull moment in the story, and that the reader is fully engaged in the story from start to finish.

Still, even though I absolutely love the first three books in this otherwise enthralling series, including Crimson (book #4), which I've just begun reading and I'm really enjoying so far; I did not enjoy Snow very much mainly due to the rather gruesome details, the strong violence and the prominent dark mafia themes, which appear to be the main themes in both Emerald (book #5), since I am simply not keen on such intense themes nor do I find gangsters and criminals appealing or attractive in the least. This is because as a highly sensitive person, I tend to feel rather unsettled when exposed to strong violence, gore, or other such strong themes and it often affects me quite profoundly, as a result. Therefore, I'd very kindly request the author not to add such gruesome details in her books, as I know that a lot of readers would be quite sensitive to excessive violence and gore; especially when a lot of people are suffering from the consequences of this pandemic and often turn to reading in order to distract themselves from all the pain, illness, and suffering, etc.—notably, those whom are just as sensitive as I am, or even more so.

Nevertheless, I would still love to explore other books in the Colors of Crime series by Sophie Lark, since this is one of my favorite romantic thriller series thus far and her flair for writing never ceases to impress me nor does her ability for creating original plots and well-developed characters that enthrall the reader from the first page to the very last page. Even though I am not particularly fond of dark mafia romances (with the exception of Violet and Crimson in this series), along with the fact that I very sensitive to the themes in Snow. I would still highly recommend this series to those who do tend to enjoy dark mafia romances with more intense themes, since every readers’ preference for sub-genres and themes in romance novels varies greatly and as does every individuals' level of tolerance and/or sensitivity to gore and violence. It should be noted that my review of this book does not reflect poorly on the author's flair for story-telling and character development. It simply means that I had a difficult time enjoying Snow due to the aforementioned reasons.

Overall, I would still highly recommend my fellow readers to add Snow, as well as all of the other books in the Colors of Crime series by Sophie Lark to the absolute top-most shelves of your TBR pile as it quite an exciting series to be both explored and savored, one page after another. Above all, I simply cannot recommend Sophie Lark highly enough! Therefore, I would like to Snow (book #6) in the Colors of Crime series, a 3 out of a possible 5 stars (3/5)!!

Sasha once lived a life of privilege, but now she is forced to work as the Bratva's personal physician in order to pay off her father's debts. Snow is a boxer from the wrong side of the tracks who aspires to fight abroad in the USA.

I'm actually surprised by how much I enjoyed this one. Snow and Sasha don't even interact until the 35% mark. Generally speaking, that would've automatically made me hate the book. But Snow and Sasha have this instant connection that actually feels believable, especially given the circumstances under which they meet. Their first interaction reminded me a bit of Michael and Sara's first meeting in Prison Break.

The chemistry between Snow and Sasha is 🔥 and I love how Sophie Lark played out this good girl and bad boy dynamic with them 🔥 I also have a soft spot for romance novels where two lonely people find comfort and love in each other's arms. Most especially if the hero is cold as ice like Snow, whose heart gets thawed by Sasha. On top of that, I really enjoyed the supporting characters like Boom Boom and Meyer. Ivan and Sloane's special appearance also made me so happy.

I was really nervous reading this book because neither Sasha nor Snow have power in the Bratva. They're both pawns being used by leaders in the Bratva. So the plot really kept me guessing. I had no idea how Sasha and Snow would eventually free themselves from the mafia. After finishing this book, I realized that I need Sophie Lark to write more good girl and bad boy romances 🔥

3 Had a Lot of Potential Stars!

Snow is an underground fighter. He's worked hard to get to where he is and still has ambition to get into legitimate fighting. Sasha is a doctor who becomes entangled with the Bratva when her father can't pay his debt. Sasha ends up working for the Bratva to attempt to pay off that debt. This is how she meets Snow.

My biggest problem with this story was that it took until the 37% mark for the MCs to even really meet. So we only had about half a book to build their relationship and resolve Sasha's entanglement with the Bratva. This story was short to begin with so I felt like there was a missed opportunity to really develop and solidify Snow and Sasha's love. I also felt that the ending was rushed. The storyline was good but I don't think there were enough pages in the story to really flesh everything out.

Overall, I really do like the way this author writes. This one just needed a little more depth for me.

Snow was book six and it can be read as a stand-alone. I’m giving this a high 4 stars.
It’s action packed with an opposites attract kind of theme. I loved Snow and thought he was sexy as hell. The h and H had great chemistry and I thought the story was good. I really enjoyed the tournament. I really didn’t think it was going to end well.
This was a very fast paced novel and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to escape from reality for a day.

Thank you BookSiren. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
