We are used to in-person meetings but 2020 is rather unusual year and many things have changed. Now we moved most meeting to online and sometimes it's hard to remember about every digital etiquette rule out there. Renee and Klaudia talk about 12 useful tips that can help to make our lives a little bit easier during online video meetings.

Last few months brought many changes into our lives. What's used to be usual get together now it's moved to the digital world. Where do we hang out nowadays? Looks like online, even more than before.

You know that there's always something to repair or replace around the house. And in many cases it's expensive as well. There are great businesses who provide amazing service but also there is a dark side of the industry.

Have you ever experienced a home repair scam? How did you deal with that?

Being under lockdown or quarantine is nothing to joke about. No matter what the beginning of 2020 we can easily call rather the "unusual time". For some this time is filled with tragedy and sorrow, lost lives, lost jobs, different life. For some maybe not much has changed.

Have we learned anything from this new experience or not so much?

I can't even believe that something like could happen. I know, it was possible (I watch movies, you know!) but when COVID-19 exploded somehow it was not like in the movies, it was worse. Because it's real. 

You hear many people talking what to do and what not to do, how to protect yourself and others. Stay at home, etc. But also they talk about social and physical distancing. I think it's important to see the difference and still stay connected with others online. So we can take care of the mental health as well.

Cybersecurity is here to stay. It's not if a cyber attack is going to happen but more like when. It's scary but at the same time we should start preparing and thinking about what can be done to protect our communities. 

In 2018 there were over 20 cyber attacks on town and cities systems, which means computer systems that should work to help residents communicate with local governments were under attack. 

What cities and town can do to protect their system better? Is there a way or not?
