Garden to Glass: Margarita Edition

Have you ever wondered what plant is the main ingredient in tequila? Do you like margaritas? Then this is the program for you! Participants will learn how tequila is made from the blue agave plant and how to infuse their own tequila using natural ingredients. Our "hands on" activity will be shaking up our own margarita using Powell Gardens infused tequila. Participants will also receive a Powell Gardens branded shot glass to take home, as well as a mini produce box so you can infuse your own tequila to enjoy! For a snack, we will prepare homemade salsa with tortilla chips for you to enjoy. 

You must purchase a Festival of Butterflies admission ticket to attend the class. Must be 21 years or older to attend this program.
