Graded Work Note FREEBIE!

Have you been looking for an organized way to send home graded work to ensure your students' parents have seen it? Do you have a way for parents to know exactly what is going in the gradebook and what is not?

This product saves every grade-related confusion issue. I learned the hard way that if I don't require parents to look at graded work and have an opportunity to ask questions, it can cause some much unneeded issues.

How to use this product:
1. Put each child's set of graded papers in a stack, then staple this handy-dandy note to the front. Give parents a due date (usually 4 or 5 days) to look over their children's work, make corrections if needed, note any questions they have, and then sign and return the whole packet to you.

2. Keep all of the packets in a filing cabinet (or designated spot), and when report cards come out, put each of the packets from the whole six weeks for each child with the report card in a baggie. Now, if the parent still has a question about a grade, they can immediately look through the work to see what the problem was.

3. After report cards, parents may keep the work, but return the envelope and baggie.

Genius, right? I literally NEVER have issues with parents about confusion over students' grades. They feel informed because I am proactive. It is ah-mazing.
