Why join the Green Team? What's it all about?

First, it's lots of fun! And, importantly, Strawberry Hill's IB curriculum is all about linking students to the world around them and engaging with it. Teachers already do a lot to foster that learning mindset. The Green Team works to help support stronger connections between students and the school community with nature, a healthy environment, sustainable behavior and taking action that is good for everyone today, and in the future.

The Green Team coordinates with school administration, teachers and the PTO to help build a culture of sustainability and awareness of how our actions impact other people, the school grounds, the Long Island Sound, the climate and more.
