HEAR Community: An 11-week online listening skills and belonging circle for individuals.
We are mentally, emotionally, and physically healthier people when our needs for meaningful connection, social engagement, and community are met.

But all the talking, texting, and Instagram posting doesn’t quite cut it if we can’t go beyond “talking at” to “connecting with”.

We lack the skills to hear each other with emotional hospitality.

HEAR ™ focuses on “receiving” another human rather than “doing” listening to them.

LIVE Community Calls Every Wednesday 6pm to 7pm ET - Starting February 3rd.

  • February 3 @ 6:00-7:00 PM EST
  • February 10 @ 6:00-7:00 PM EST

  • Learn about the parts of you that block connection and how to work with them.
  • Locate and calm your own triggers so you can remain centered and intentional.
  • Set compassionate boundaries that protect connection from resentments.
  • Examine when you might be driven by bias and what to do about it.
  • Understand what cultural lenses shape your connecting.
  • Cultivate the skills to be a hospitable companion to yourself and others rather than “doing” listening.
  • Ask the kinds of questions that deepen connection rather than lead the conversation.
  • Belong to an ongoing community and make new friendships.
  • Digest training before live meetings so we can practice new skills in connection.
