  This consultation is for patients that either have not seen one of our practitioners for 12 months or more OR have a new injury and therefore need a new medical history and assessment.
- Chiropractic Report of Findings
  Chiropractic Report Of Findings
  This consultation is your Report of Findings. This is whereby the chiropractor will run through what brought you in to our practice in the first place, recap injury and symptoms. Then explain to you what we found during our assessment, what your X-rays demonstrated and its impact on your life and then create your treatment plan with set goals to have you pain free in the shortest time possible. This is also a chance to discuss your home based rehabilitation program also and any dietary advice that needs to be addressed.
  
  The practitioner may recommend a course of treatment for the injury only or for optimal long term health. Once this is established, treatment will commence and results are achieved in the shortest time possible.
- Extended Chiropractic Consultation (1006)
  C40 Extended Chiropractic Consultation (1006)
  This is an extended chiropractic appointment. You will need to allow up to 40 minutes for this appointment There is a considerable amount of treatment performed during this appointment. This appointment is designed for those who are already seeing one of our chiropractors after their Report of Findings has been delivered and have multiple issues or need extra time for the chronic nature or multiple complaints that they are coming in for. This will be made known during your initial consultation and report of findings if your condition is a complex one.
- Initial Chiropractic Consultation (1002)
  Select this option if this is your first visit to our clinic.
  
  What to expect at your first appointment:
  
  At your first session, you will be asked about the history of your problem to establish when and where the symptoms first started and how they may have changed over time, the treatments (if any) you have received to date, and the impact your pain may be having on your life.
  
  After learning of the history of your pain, your practitioner will carry out a hands-on examination, which comprises of various tests of the spine, nervous system, muscles and joints. Generally, none of these tests are painful, however if you are in acute pain, you may be asked to demonstrate what positions and movements reproduce or exacerbate your pain.
  
  After identifying the underlying cause/s (which usually don't, however occasionally do require referral for an x-ray or MRI), the practitioner will explain to you what is happening in your body and set with you some initial goals for your treatment plan, with the ultimate goal being to restore maximal, pain-free movement to your muscles and joints.
- Standard Chiropractic Appointment (1005)
  This is a standard chiropractic appointment. You will need to allow up to 30 minutes for this appointment There is a considerable amount of treatment performed during this appointment. This appointment is designed for those who are already seeing one of our chiropractors after their Report of Findings has been delivered.
  
  Please wear shorts and a sports bra/top if necessary to ensure we can treat all areas appropriately and for your modesty.
- IM60 Initial Remedial Massage Consultation
  Initial Massage Consultation
  Select this if this is the first time you are seeing a Massage Therapist at Health House Clinics.
  
  We normally suggest a 60 minute initial consultation as it allows the therapist to take a history of your condition, set some goals and allow enough time to complete a therapeutic massage.
  
  60 minute massage sessions are the most popular as it allows the therapist to treat effectively 2-4 locations of your body that need attention. It also allows the practitioner to take their time and get into those areas that require deep tissue work.
- M30 30min Remedial Massage Consultation
  30 Minute Remedial Massage Consultation
  This 30 minute massage session is designed for those that barely have time to have lunch let alone a massage. When your body needs work completed and you don't have an hour spare, 30 minutes may allow the practitioner to release 1-2 areas effectively and eliminate some of those symptoms that are stopping you from training or performing daily activities.

  60 Minute Remedial Massage Consultation
- M90 90min Remedial Massage Consultation
  90 Minute Remedial Massage Consultation
  This consultation is designed for those individuals that have a few areas of pain. 90 minutes allows the practitioner to address those areas in detail and effectively treat and release those deep tissue issues that are driving your pain and discomfort.
  
  This consultation also allows the practitioner to adapt some relaxation techniques to have you feeling like a new person by the time you leave.
