Please note that in order to secure your room, an initial non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due at time of booking [not including optional trip protection or airfare]. Final payment will be due December 31, 2019 and will be non-refundable at that time. All travel arrangements must be booked and paid in full by Dec. 31, 2019. Shared round-trip airport/hotel transfers are included.

Please note that the rooms are confirmed for the nights of May 18-21, 2020. If you would like to arrive up to 1 night before or 3 nights after the main/static dates of May 18-21, 2020, click the pre and/or post boxes and enter the number of additional nights you would like to stay. Note that the main/static dates cannot be changed; however, if you would like to arrive after the 18th, please contact Camille Sperrazza directly to help you book your reservation at [email protected] or 917-562-4410.

When booking on this page, you have three options:

1. Select the Value-Priced Packages tab and use the drop-down menu to choose your preferred departure city [U.S. based] in order to book your airfare along with your room. When shopping for airfare, you may use the Advanced Search link to expand the preferences and select Non-Stop or Best Price from the drop-down menu next to Connections [please leave the hotel field blank]. You may also select the preferred time of day in the drop-down menu next to the date [morning outbound/afternoon return flights are usually ideal]. If airfare is added at the time of booking, full payment will be required immediately on the air portion and will be non-refundable once booked. s

2. Select the Hotel Only tab to book your room only, and book your airfare on your own.

3. Select the Hotel Only tab to book your room now, and ask us to add the airfare to your booking at a later time. You will not be able to add the airfare yourself once your hotel booking is made, so please see contact information below so that air can be added to your reservation. Once added, airfare will be due in full and will be non-refundable.
