Intertext Junior World Schools Debate Championship 2024 Reg Form
Intertext Education is excited to launch the Intertext Junior World Schools Debate Championship 2024 (IJWSDC 2024). IJWSDC 2024 aims to be a developmental tournament for students just starting out in the WSDC format to pit their skills against other junior debaters around the world. National teams, school teams and even composite teams are welcome to join. Composite teams with participants from different schools or unaffiliated individuals under the age of 16 are allowed to compete as well.  Details as follows:
 
Dates: 27-28 January 2024
Platform: Zoom & Discord
Team cap: 60 teams
Judge Rule: None
CAP: Ankit Shah, Joy Hadome, Gelson Eng

Format: Shortened WSDC (3v3, 30 min prep, 4 minute speeches & 2 minute replies)
World Schools Debating Championship
- All rounds are impromptu rounds, prep time is 30 minutes after motion release.
- All other rules remain the same as per WSDC format (bit.ly/WSDCFormat)

Categories: U-16 (13-15 years old) & U-13 (10-12 years old)

Fees:
RM 159.00 per person
RM 106.00 per person for payments made before 28 December 2023
Judges judge for FREE
