Request formal warning instead of fine (infringement)
This is a questionnaire to help build a letter requesting review of an infringement - especially traffic infringements. This letter is only effective if you have a good history of driving without infringements and good behaviour generally.

If you have several prior infringements, this letter will not help. For more information on fines and infringements, head to http://online.fines.vic.gov.au/fines/

By using this letter automator, you agree Checklist Legal will add your email address to our mailing list. We think it's pretty cool, but you can opt out any time.
