At NFN Labs we are an idea-driven company that requires people who are able to solve problems. What are the skills that we are looking for in our members:
1. Brave: People who are able to look at a problem and are able to confront them head-on.
2. Confident: We are not asking for experience because we want to attract confident members who believe that they can be problem solvers.
3. Technically proficient: we have been remote for over 7 months and love it. Our members are able to take more ownership for their work. We never believed watching over anyone’s shoulder but remote first means trust first approach. In a nutshell, it would be ideal that you know more about technical domain than we do.
4. Communicate: We are not looking for participants in elocution competitions but we need candidates to be able to communicate clearly.
