Drop off Info

  • Every item brought to drop off must have a tag properly attached to it.
  • Clothing must be on hangers.
  • Make sure all electronic and battery-powered items are charged/have working batteries.  If we need to supply or replace batteries, $1 per battery will be deducted from your check.
  • Please make sure that you have checked to see if any of your items have been recalled. You can check your items on the CPSC website.
  • Every car seat and crib must have a completed disclaimer. Car Seat Disclaimer & Crib Disclaimer
  • The drop off process:
    • Map to drop off location: Victory Camp, 1407 Victory Lane, Alvin, TX 77511
    • Please park in a parking space.
    • There are rolling racks and flat bed dollies available to bring your items in.
    • Please bring your non clothing items in first so we can start inspecting them.
    • 2nd, you will bring in your clothing items and place them on the racks by gender and size.
    • 3rd, you will put your non clothing items in the proper locations once they have been inspected. (If we have enough helpers and things are going smoothly, we may be able to do this step for you!)
    • Please bring a plastic tote or cardboard box with your name on it to leave with us. We will use it during sorting to put your items in.
  • Tips to help drop off go smoothly and quickly:
    • Bring your clothing to drop-off on hangers, sorted by gender and size.  You can secure the sizes together with a rubber band or trash bag to help keep them together.
    • Have your non hanging items grouped in containers with like items (boys toys, baby items, books, etc....)
    • Complete your consignor check in form a head of time. Check in Form
  • Drive Thru Drop Off:
    • At this time drive through drop off is not being offered. We will let you know if we are able to offer a free or paid drive through option.
Tagging Tips
Ready to get started?  Here are some of our favorite tagging tips:
  • Sort all your items into categories, like books, toys, shoes and clothing.
  • Enter and print items by category.  This way you don't have to hunt for those toy tags amid all the clothing ones.
  • When entering the size in the tagging system please add the gender. It makes it so much easier to ensure that the item makes it onto the correct rack.
    • Clothing example: 3T Boys, 12 month girls, 7/8 girls, etc...
    • Shoe example: 6 boys shoes, 4 girls shoes, etc...
  • For 2-piece clothing items you have a couple of options:
    •  Safety pin the pants to the top of the hanger and then hang the shirt over the pants.
    • Lay the items on top of each other and safety pin them together through a seam. Slide the hanger up through the middle of the clothing items so the safety pin is resting on the hanger. See photo.
  • Attach clothing tags in the wearer's left armpit or sleeve seam, through the garment's manufacturer tag, or wearer's left side waistband for pants sold separately. The only exception is if you are using sticker tags, in which case the tag goes on the left breast-pocket area.
  • When using safety pins or tagging guns on clothing please make sure that you are causing minimal damage to the clothing! These items will cause holes which is why you need to be mindful of where you are placing it on the clothing.
  • Tag toddler puzzles by wrapping in Saran Wrap and taping the tag to the wrap. See photo.
  • Books sell better individually unless part of the same series.  We recommend masking tape or painters tape for attaching tags to books.
  • BEST SELLERS are outdoor toys, large baby gear (swings, cribs etc), Baby and toddler toys, anything new with tags, and outerwear.  Tag these items first if you are running out of time.  ;)
  • Find more detailed prep & tagging info here!
  • Pricing guides Older Guide & Newer Condensed Guide
  • We will have a MOMMY CORNER again at our spring sale!!!
    • There is not an item limit for this category at this time, but please remember that this is still a kids sale.
    • This category can include clothing (Please use the word "womens" in the size area so we don't confuse it with maternity or juniors. ex: XL womens, 8/10 womens), shoes, purses, home decor, furniture, kitchen gadgets, workout equipment, active wear, etc.....

Tips for a bigger check!
As a consignor, of COURSE you want to make as much money as possible!  Here are a few of our best tips:
  • Refer a friend!  As a thank you for referring a friend and keeping them motivated to prep and tag their items, we will give you 5% of their sales for 2 consecutive sales. (ex: Refer a friend for fall 21, you get 5% of their proceeds for Fall 21 & Spring 22.) Don't worry, this does not affect your friends payout! Details HERE
  • Overpriced items rarely sell. Think about what you would pay for an item, rather than what you would like to get for it. Not sure where to start on pricing? You can use our pricing guide to get started.
  • Allow your items to go 1/2 off on the last day.  Unless you really want to take the item back home, there's no reason NOT to price 1/2 off.  If you plan to donate, definitely allow the discount!
  • Make sure your items are clean and packaged well.  Shoppers want to see what they are buying and know that everything is in good shape.
  • Hang blankets and bedding.  We're making extra space to hang those items so they will sell better.
  •  Use CARDSTOCK!  Tags printed on regular paper often tear off the item, and we can't sell items missing their tags.
  • HELP out at the sale.  Helpers make an extra 5-10% on all their sales! Sign up from inside your consignor account.
Consignment Sale Do's & Don'ts
  • DO use detailed descriptions on your tags, DON'T print 15 generic "T-Shirt" tags. If a tag happens to fall off we need to be able to find the item it goes with.
  • DON'T use regular printer paper, DO use card stock for your tags.
  • DON'T use straight pins to attach tags, DO use a tagging gun or safety pins
  • DON'T pin the tag to the breast of the shirt or leg of the pants, DO pin the tag through a seam or tag to avoid damaging the item.
  • DO join our consignor group!
