1. For the 2024-2025 school year, ALL incoming 7th, 9th and 11th graders are required to get a new physical. Therefore we are offering physicals to any student current grades 6th, 8th, 10th. Any student who answers "YES" to questions 1-6 on the medical history form may require further medical evaluation. That will be determined by the athletic trainers or coaches at the middle school.

HIGH SCHOOL PHYSICALS WILL BE HELD APRIL 10TH AT THE HIGH SCHOOL COLISEUM. COACHES WILL NOTIFY STUDENT ATHLETES OF TIMES. MIDDLE SCHOOL PHYSICALS WILL BE HELD MAY 15TH AT FOREST PARK MIDDLE SCHOOL. JUDSON AND FOSTER STUDENTS WILL BE BUSSED TO FPMS BY THEIR COACHES AND RETURNED TO THEIR CAMPUS WHEN THEY ARE DONE.
