Finding Wendy chained in that dungeon wasn’t by sheer chance.
It was the inexplicable call of duty that lured me toward the sound of her cries.
Although I didn’t know her, much less why she was down there, I knew I had to save her.
Consequences be damned.
So the Lost Boys and I formed a plan, and after mission impossible, I brought her back to our stomping grounds. I thought we were in the clear, but Peter Pan proves to have left his mark on another innocent soul.
Innocent or not, her connection to him quickly leaves her as ostracized as he once found himself, pointed looks and hushed voices following her every move.
Until her mortality poses a concern, that is.
One the factions can’t ignore.
One no one has answers for, either.
Both my father and the Sacred Six warn there might not be any, but that doesn’t deter Wendy from trying to find a solution.
Amidst the chaos, there’s a singular thought that incessantly crosses my mind. Proof that fate is real.
She’s mine.
And I’ll be damned if anyone tries to rip my little wolf away from me.

***4 "Little Wolf!" stars***

"You can't mark a woman who doesn't call these lands her home."

When i first read "Venom", i was like... Wow!!! What the hell was that??? And i was so fascinated by the unique way that Dee Garcia had turned the known fairytale, in a more twisted and sinister way...
This was the second book on the "Rosewood Realm" and the story is focused on different heroes, but at the same time, we are meeting again the characters from the previous book.
Yes, the magical creature exists after all and Wendy is about to meet this new reality...

"Peter Pan was a disease, a silent killer infecting anyone he crossed paths with, and when he died, that naive little Wendy died, too."

"Lost girl" picked up exactly from where the previous book ended, but this time the POV is Wendy's and not Tinksley's...
After she witness the brutal murder of Peter Pan (not that he wasn't deserve it!!), Wendy is drawn to another realm as a prisoner...
Tinksley is demanded answers from her... Answers that she is not having...
And because of that, she is finding herself in a dungeon waiting for her life to come to an abrupt ending...

"Why me?" I whisper into the darkness, unable to hold back my emotions any longer.
The most prominent? Fear.
Second most to that? This undeniable sense of anger.
These monsters have immobilized me in every which way possible, have left me down here to rot for sins I didn't commit. Peter already paid the price and yet, here I am, paying off the interest.
And for what? He's dead. Isn't that payment enough?...
I just want to go home.

In just one moment, Wendy's life turned out upside down...
The love of her life was turn out to be a scumbug and she got to learn that fairytales is real after all!!!
Vampires, witches, werewolves are part of this new world that she's been forced into and she just feel like she doesn't belong...
The hope is coming in the form of a wolf... Of an Alpha...

"My word means everything. I don't care what it takes to get her out of here, I will.
Wendy will be free.
And then she'll be yours.
The faintest thought, a fleeting whisper that rolls through my mind, but one that would recur and soon possess me no less.
I just didn't know it yet."

When Tavi realized what it was hidden in Hook's dungeon, he is promising to himself and this poor girl that he would do anything to help her...
But at the same time, he is drawn to this scared woman...
And as much as he is trying to resist, he just wants her to be his...
But Wendy's place is not in his world... So what will he do???

"Insticts aren't mediocre thoughts.
And yet, they are when you have no business feeling them.
We're a ticking time bomb waiting to explode."

"Wendy can never and will never be mine."

I liked Wendy and Tavi very much...
They were both two lost souls that they have found each other...
Wendy had lots on her plate and with all these nightmares to changing her at night, it was hard to stay calm...
Tavi was there beside her all the time, but with what cost???
Wendy was feeling the hatred that everyone was carrying for her because of her connection to Peter...
She just have to go back home, but where is home after all???

"I want to go home, but I don't want to lose him."

"The more time I spend with him, the more these thoughts invade me.
Sex and romance, both things I shouldn't be thinking about, but here we are nonetheless.
I can't help it."

I liked this story very much... I like the way that the author has approach the fairytales and she built a new dimension, a twisted dimension that is sooo appealing...
I liked that we saw a different side of Wendy...
I loved how Tavi was... So protective and strong and determined...
I loved that i saw for once again Hook and Tink, even though i didn't like Tink's dark side in the beginning... I know she was hurt, but her behavior toward Wendy was so cruel and unfair!!!
And of course, i can't wait for the third book, "Anomaly"!!!! Finally... Tigerlily's turn!!! With Armand, ugh??? I didn't see that coming... I think!!!

"Lost.
I didn't belong in Rosewood and I don't belong here, either.
I really am a lost girl now."

LG Insta

Lost Girl begins straight after the last book and here Tinksley is practically unrecognisable in her temperament and behaviour as she totally embraces her new Fae and vampire bloodlines, welcoming her dark side.

With Peter now dead all that rage is now directed in poor innocent Wendy's direction who is a victim herself and totally oblivious to who and what Peter really was.
Wendy now chained up in shackles by Tinksley in Hook's dungeon is discovered by Tiger-Lillys Brother Tavi, a wolf-shifter and Alpha of the lost boys.
Tavi liberates Wendy from her captivity and the two start to develop feelings for each other.

The story is told from both Wendy and Tavi's POV it's quite slow burn and the tension is gradually dialled -up bit by bit.
There's plenty of chemistry throughout and I adored how sweet and protective Tavi was towards his little wolf.
I also think there are still questions to be answered regarding Wendy's nightmares and the mysterious voice, I'm not quite convinced they're just bad dreams and not something more sinister especially considering the witches shady behaviour and the wards failing in Rosewood.
Hopefully, we will discover more as we progress further in this series.

I am also loving this whole take on the whole neverland fairytale and this series is just so imaginative with excellent world-building throughout.
I believe the next in this series will be Tiger-Lily and Armand Story cant wait.
I voluntary reviewed a copy of Lost Girl.

Lost Girl is the second installment in the dark fairytale collection by Dee Garcia – a captivating story between a mortal and immortal. LG is twisted and heroic, with so many secrets concealed that it might take a lifetime for TAVI – the werewolf and savior of WENDY – the mortal who had been kidnapped by Hook and Tinskley in an act of vengeance again Peter Pan. It is a standalone full length book but you might want to go through VENOM – Hook & Tinksley’s story to get a flair of what happens at Rosewood.

Lost Girl was a spontaneous fairytale – add in the dark and sexy touches and you have a surprising pleasant reward. I could eat Tavi in one take, he was that intense, smoldering and sexy. God have mercy on me! I was ecstatic to explore Wendy’s character, on the contrary. As compared to Tinksley who had been a shy and timid fairy, our girl Wendy, although being a mortal, doesn’t back off from a fight or fears the worst as she gets kidnapped by the deadly duo. She tries everything in her pace to get away from the obsession that T has against our girl. Add in Tavi and you’ve a day of sexual frustration, an aching c*ck and a throbbing p*ssy. I am sincerely in awe of the romance that Garcia portrayed between these different characters.

Garcia took her perfect time in making Tavi’s character so hot that I couldn’t help but lust after him. I literally wanted him to want me, how’s that for a riddle? According to me, that makes a perfect story, isn’t it? Lost Girl was every bit of gripping with a tight storyline that could bind you forever and make you go gaga all over the Kindle! Set in an imaginary world of werewolves, vampires and witches, Lost Girl couldn’t help but top my BEST READS OF 2020 Charts easily.
I’d like to mention the slow burners of the story in case you expect a head on full sex scene, then you’re highly mistaken. As I mentioned earlier, it’s about soulmates and trust. Wendy finally finding her closure in a fairy world and well, rest is history! A page turner in itself, Lost Girl wrecked my emotions and ignited a delicious fire in all my womanly places, rightfully. TAVI.IS.MINE! I said that earlier and have to mention it again, alas!

*I sincerely thank the author for allowing me to BETA READ Lost Girl and rightfully providing a review copy in exchange of an honest opinion*.

2.5⭐️'s ~ I wish GR had 1/2 stars.

I didn't like the writing.

“So good, baby”—slurp—“You taste so. Fucking. Good.”

Excerpt From: Garcia, Dee. “Lost Girl (Rosewood Realm Book 2).” iBooks.

At all. It was very one dimensional. If you were bad, you were bad, if you were....well, you get the picture. And that "slurp" almost made me lose lunch. I did like the story though, very creative

I absolutely loved this book! Dee Garcia just has a way with words that let them flow so smoothly it's so easy to read.
You do need to read Vemon before you read this one.
But ladies- Tavi is mine!
Wolves are my favorite shifters and that's what Tavi is.
I was glad to see Wendy's story.

Oh my gosh, Tavi has to be one of my favorite MMCs of all time! A wolf shifter cinnamon roll?! Gimme it. I loved him! And I loved Wendy too, as I usually do with what is rapidly becoming one of my favorite stories to be retold. Peter Pan is yet again the bad guy in this story, and as much as I love me some Daddy Hook, Tavi took the cake when he rescued Wendy from an unhinged Tink.

Lord, I wanted to strangle Tink for most of this book, which sucked (pun intended) because I loved her in Venom. She totally redeems herself but it took a minute. What took more than a minute, in fact almost the entire book which frustrated the hell out of me, was Wendy and Tavi’s love scene. It was over quickly but at least had that sweet, fated mates element to it. But still!!! Torture me whydontcha.

Anywho, Tavi rescued Wendy and they basically fall in instalove or lust, but it was really sweet and well done. Peter’s betrayals keep torturing both Wendy and Tink throughout the book, and as someone who struggles with sleep paralysis, I felt for Wendy a lot. I cannot freaking wait for Tigerlily’s book because I’m pretty sure I know who her boy toy is and I’ve been intrigued with him since book one!

How many ways can I say how much I adore this author? This is a serious question. From the very beginning of this book I was caught in the spell of this author, yet again. There was suspense, action, chemistry galore, and amazing characters. I didn't think it was possible to usurp Hook from the top spot but Tavi did proving who really was the Alpha, literally and figuratively in this case.

From the first scene, the author sets up how tumultuous time is for Wendy. Goddess knows I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of Tink's obsessive and revenge filled hatred. Somehow, though, even in the midst of the danger, I felt a sense of camaraderie for Wendy, even though I didn't think that I would considering that she was not my favorite person in the Peter Pan of yore. I always thought she was a bit overrated in that version. However, since the author has reinvented this story, I fell in love with this new Wendy. I loved the connection with Tavi. Speaking of Tavi, good lord, and holy hell, this man was delicious. There was just something about his vulnerability and his take-charge attitude that I fell in love with. That is something that I adore about this author, she gives all of her characters, whether a vampire, an assassin, a fighter, or even a wolf attributes that are relatable and more likable.

The story itself is complex, newer characters or even ones that were seen in passing are coming to attention and getting focus, and histories are being explored, all of which is setting the stage for an amazing series. The story ends on a whopper of an ending. Not a cliffhanger per se, but of a peek into where the story is going next. It left me with my mouth agape and jonesing for Fall 2020.

Every book, she continues to reinvent herself. From stunning covers, amazing full-color maps, or the quality of the content that she puts into creating a book that her audience will fall in love with, she is continually growing and that is why I love her. It is hard to believe that that is her 14th book and that I have been on the journey since the beginning. I cannot wait to see where she takes this series next.

I didn’t know I could take such a liking for this trope and yet, here I am looking forward to more. The author is doing a pretty good job in creating this fascinating world and building its characters.

I enjoyed Venom and was looking forward to Wendy’s story, I thought she was treated unfairly and the book picks up just where we left her. Tink’s behaviour in the beginning of the story is just appalling and I didn’t like her one bit! Hook is always at his most fascinating best.

Tavi and Wendy are two lost souls who find themselves in each other. I can’t even begin to say how swoon worthy Tavi is... yes ok I may have a weakness for Alphas in any shape they come and Tavi checks all the right boxes.

Wendy is shy and fearful but as she navigates through her new life she finds her strength and claims her rights to happiness.

I really enjoyed book two in the Rosewood realm and I can’t wait to read Tigerlily’s story.

description

Lost Girl takes place on the heels of Venom. This book tells us what was to become of Wendy.

This book was not quite a retelling, but it takes place in this world that Dee has created. And what a world it is. I love the idea of this alternate realm where the creatures of our fairytale come to life. Tinksley begins this book after she has embraced what she has become. She is a bit dangerous and a bit not under control. So to her taking Wendy seems like the logical choice. Then because she is a bit, not herself, the dungeon seems like the logical choice.

Tavi is Tigerlily's brother. You very briefly meet him in the last book and only know him for the trouble he has caused and the price his sister had to pay for those sins. Tavi is the Alpha of the Lost Boys, which is a unique twist on what they were originally. He begrudgingly attends a Peter is Dead party and discovers more than he bargained for.

Wendy is a lost soul, confused about what she be filling. The supposed love of her life was not at all what she thought he was. She is brought to a place that shouldn't exist and Tinksley is the worst person she should be dealing with. But even though she is lost, she becomes found.

This book wasn't quite as sexy as the last book but had just as much grit. I do feel like we are missing something. Or maybe I missed something? Or maybe the answers that I seek are still to come? There was a touch of suspense and wonder. A dark and delicious world I am truly enjoying. And characters that I can't get enough of. There were still bits of Hook and Tink, while we meet some of the Lost Boys and ending that has me curious about what is to come.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 𝟏/𝟐 𝓞𝓿𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓵𝓵 𝓡𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓰: Lost Girl is the second installment in the Rosewood Realm Series by Dee Garcia. Even though Lost Girl is standalone, you should read Venom to help better understand the story and the character relationships. I am a huge fan of Dee Garcia but reading this world she has created in Rosewood has absolutely blown me away. It’s unique, original, and unlike anything I’ve ever read before. The detail that she has put into making this realm so real completely sucks you into this amazing magical world.
❝Pᴇᴛᴇʀ Pᴀɴ ᴡᴀs ᴀ ᴅɪsᴇᴀsᴇ, ᴀ sɪʟᴇɴᴛ ᴋɪʟʟᴇʀ ɪɴꜰᴇᴄᴛɪɴɢ ᴀɴʏᴏɴᴇ ʜᴇ ᴄʀᴏssᴇᴅ ᴘᴀᴛʜs ᴡɪᴛʜ, ᴀɴᴅ ᴡʜᴇɴ ʜᴇ ᴅɪᴇᴅ, ᴛʜᴀᴛ ɴᴀɪᴠᴇ ʟɪᴛᴛʟᴇ Wᴇɴᴅʏ ᴅɪᴇᴅ, ᴛᴏᴏ.❞
Little Wendy Darlington had a quiet life in London. But when Hook and Tinksley show up only weeks after the love of her life, Peter has mysteriously returned after years of being missing, Wendy’s life is yet again turned upside down when they brutally murder Peter in front of her and then decide to take her with them in the portal back to Rosewood.

Lost Girl starts with Wendy’s entrance to Rosewood.

In her pursuit of revenge, Tinksley wants answers, but Wendy doesn’t have any for her. When Tavi overhears Wendy’s helpless pleas, he can’t ignore them. The alpha in him refuses to walk away and leave her unprotected. But just as Tavi saves her from one quandary another threat arises.
❝Hᴇ sᴀᴡ ᴍᴇ, I sᴀᴡ ʜɪᴍ. Aɴᴅ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴡᴀs ɪᴛ.❞
Wendy has a decision to make. Go back home to London where her future is uncertain… or become Rosewood’s lost girl, and Tavi’s mate forever…

Check out Lost Girl to find out what Wendy chooses to do!

There are so many secondary characters that makeup Rosewood and each and every one of them has their own stories to tell. I love that even though this was Tavi and Wendy’s story, we still were able to catch up with Hook and Tinksley and a couple of other characters as well. I’m extremely excited about Tigerlily’s story! Oh and Persia, I’m hoping the witches get their own stories too because I am dying to find out why Persia’s magic isn’t acting quite right.

Last but certainly not least, The Lost Boys, I am so excited to delve deeper into each and every one of these guys. There is a reason they are called Lost Boys and the little smidgens we get about each guy just makes me that much more curious for their tales.

The ONLY reason Lost Girl was just shy of five-stars for me was that I thought the nightmares were going to go somewhere totally different… I thought there was a bigger story at play behind them so I was kind of disappointed that there wasn’t MORE surrounding that. Other than that, I absolutely loved it and am really looking forward to what and who is coming next!

What a helluva read! Lost Girl is set in the same world as Venom but can be read as standalone. It's about another couple.
It's a story about finding yourself, your own strength and be warned you don't want to miss this book as it's going to give you all kinds of feelings! And when you start you will be dragged onto this story to devour it at once.
Wendy and Tavi are MAGICAL together and nothing could prepare you for what will happen between them in all kinds of ways.

***5 Stars***

Venom kinda blew my mind with how the author took the Peter Pan story and gave it a really, REALLY interesting twist, one that even I couldn’t have imagined, and it also left me NEEDING more of the Rosewood world and the characters that inhabit it, and Lost Girl gave me all that I was hoping for and more, and has me making grabby hands at the next book in the series.

I adored Wendy and Tavi. Wendy’s entire world has been turned upside down and tossed sideways, and yet, she doesn’t totally breakdown. She finds a strength inside her that even she didn’t know she had and found a way to take everything in stride. Tavi is all kids of book boyfriend goodness! This man is sweet, compassionate and loyal. He goes with his gut and doesn’t back down from anyone (well, with maybe one exception).

Tavi and Wendy’s journey to their HEA was a lot of fun. There were ups and downs, kinda hard not to have them considering how Wendy ended up in Rosewood, but they were easy to understand and I liked how they handled it all. Their romance was a mix of insta & slow burn that I liked because the chemistry was there, but they took the time to get to know each other before anything truly big happened between them. The big bump was an interesting one, but I really liked how it all turned out for them in the end.

This book surprised me a little, not in a bad way, more in the pleasant way kind of surprise because Venom was pretty dark in some ways while Lost Girl still had some dark elements, but nothing as big as in Hook and Tinksley’s story, and it worked really well considering just who Tavi and Wendy were. As for the secondary cast of characters, catching up with Hook and Tink was definitely interesting and I really liked the Lost Boys and hope to get to know them all better, but Tigerlily was definitely the start of the show for me and I cannot wait to see just where her story takes us!

Note: While Lost Girl can be read as a stand-alone, I highly recommend reading Venom first as the storylines in the books are interconnected.

I read Venom, book one of the Rosewood Realm as it was part of the Sinister Fairy Tales collection. I doubt I’d have picked up and read it otherwise as it’s not one of my favourite genres. So I’m super excited I took a chance as Venom lead me to this story and what a story it is. This is Wendy and Tavis story. A truly brilliant read that took me out of my comfort zone and I don’t regret a second of it. I’m so looking forward to reading more from this author.

LOST. GIRL.

“I didn’t belong in Rosewood and I don’t belong here, either. I really am a Lost Girl now.”

Lost Girl is the second book in the Rosewood Realm series, and it starts with a BANG. Wendy’s world get’s turned upside down by one man. A man she fell hard and fast for. Turns out her forever was just a facade. Peter Pan was and is the devil in disguise. Dragged back into the realm of gods and monsters, she must accept this is as her new home. Wendy knows she can’t survive on her own and pleads for help hoping someone will answer her call...Her wish is granted by the one and only
alpha of the Lost Boys….Tavi. The moment these two meet sparks fly, there is a connection that neither can understand. Tavi is infatuated by Wendy’s beauty and becomes very protective of her and as their story unfolds secrets and betrayal threaten their very whim.

“Can’t run from me now, little wolf.”

Dee Garcia delivers an utterly spellbinding story that will stop the hear of every reader. The hurtling plot and outstanding world building frame a poignant, character-driven romance that explores unconditional love and self-acceptance. Wendy & Tavi's story is a must read.

Dee Garcia took me to a rollercoaster journey in Lost Girl. It was intense and steamy set in a magical world that I cannot have enough of. A bit magic and myth. A bit of suspense and thrill. A whole lot of breathtaking and electrifying chemistry. A perfect dark PNR romance that left me begging for more!

This story must be read after Venom, a dark retelling of Peter Pan. Tinksley and Captain Hook went to the modern world to take revenge on Pan. And Wendy got caught in the middle. Tinksley dragged her back in a rage of anger to Rosewood and threw her in dungeon. Now Wendy is trapped in the dark crevices of a castle full of vampires. Lonely. Naked. Scared. Hurt. Suffering consequences of crimes she has not committed. Until Tavi finds her. The werewolf is not exactly friends with her captors and he is determined to save her. He feels this strange and undeniable bond to her. And as Alpha he is ready to stand against anyone and everyone to protect her. But Wendy is a mess. She is traumatized and trapped in a world where people hate her by association with Pan. Can Tavi heal her? Can Wendy find her Happily ever after with Tavi?

The characters in this world are pretty complicated. Tavi's character made me fall in love and lust immediately. His animalistic rough edge oddly balanced with his almost sweet attitude. He is the ALPHA with arrogance and dominance .Wendy is a combination of so many contradictions. At the beginning of the story, she was a scared, broken and tortured soul. But as the story progressed and Tavi helped her to get back her pieces together, she showed her sassy and strong side. But the hero of the story is the chemistry. It gave me goosebumps and chills and set my kindle on nuclear hot fire! The story has some surprising turns and I loved losing myself in the fantasy world. Of course I died a thousand deaths over new developments of Captain Hook and Tinksley's story! And it ended with promise of another captivating story!

Lost Girl by Dee Garcia was full of explosive emotions, engaging storyline and layered characters. I was hooked from the beginning and lost myself in the pages completely.

A darker version of wonderland.

I always love when author get creative with their ideas and plotting with classic such as this.
We all know Wendy, Peter Pan, Tinker Bell and Captain Hook.
But this book, this series, bring you a whole lot more different than what you know before.
So, put all your knowledge about the the classic outside the door and come to the darker side of Wonderland where Fey, witches, vampire and werewolf lives.

This book is stand-alone. I read this second book in the series before the first and still can follow the story just fine. But, yes there's little hole that would be better filled out if you read the series from the first book.

Now, about Lost Girl.
I didn't expect it. That's first.
For Tinksley and Hook together and then kidnapped Wendy after Tinks revenge to Peter Pan. That first plot blow me out the window.
One point for the author for the shock therapy there.

But then I meet Wendy and this Wendy, I'm not sure I like her. Ok... I don't like her.
For me it's ok to be damsel in distress, but do it with your head held high. This Wendy don't.

And Tavi. This man is sweet. He is honourable, bit reckless, very passionate and hotdang werewolf.

Their chemistry is...instant. It was "mine" at the first sight.
Their steamy part? Ohmylawwwwd the tension! And not for the lack of trying either! 😂the author just that cruel to dangling the carrot and leave in so many times!

And the plot?
🤔I have split feelings about it.
I love the idea. Love how creative the author mix her poison in this book. But I feel off with several parts. Like, how Tinks and Wendy be best buddie so soon. I mean, what happened with the bad Tinks become so sweet all of the sudden???
The explanation the author give later on just doesn't feel strong enough for me.

Get Ready for TAVI!!!
* Lost Girl is a standalone, so you can read it without ever having read Venom, #1 in Rosewood Realm. But let me just say I highly recommend you read Venom prior to LG because it set's everything in motion and it's Phenomenal! *
Lost Girl was Freaking Fantastic! Right from the start, it holds you captive! There's no easing into this book, it just dives right back to where Venom ended! It's thrilling and emotional and ohh so Sexy! I was once again completely captivated by this author! Tinksly scares you in the beginning, tension is definitely high! Hook still has that fantastic ability to make you SIGH! But I was soooo unprepared for Tavi! He checked ALL of my boxes! He's so deliciously perfect in every way! Sigh, my Hero, lots of swooning from me! I loved Wendy, she really turned out to be Everything. She's tough and takes everything that comes at her in stride, she's inspiring and the perfect woman for Tavi! Lost Girl is a slow burn in the best way possible! All that build-up is just delicious, I loved all their hot chemistry! There's also this heart-melting sweetness I wasn't expecting. Lots of wonderful surprises that make you squeal! I just cannot get enough of this world that Garcia has created! It's so freaking mindblowing! I more than love it, it's so easy to get lost in all the wonders of Rosewood! I'm loving the characters and all the potential she has opened our minds to! That fantastic sexy sinister air that she creates is just intoxicating! I think this a great series and it's only going to get better! I'm dying for Book #3, I just know it's going to be EPIC! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

PHENOMENAL!!

WOW!! This is a phenomenal, intense and very sexy story! Venom blew my mind but Lost Girl left me amazed and awestruck. Wendy and Tavi's story is a wild rollercoaster ride of emotions. Their story will shock you, anger you, rip your heart out and then mend it back together! This is one story you won't want to put down until the end.

Wendy is dragged into an unknown world and is forced to pay for mistakes that were made by Peter. But somehow Wendy finds it in herself to push through and remain as strong as possible, never to give up. Tavi is a very strong and fierce alpha male, but he is also sweet, loving and very loyal. When Tavi knows something is wrong, there is nothing that can stand in his way to make things right.

Tavi and Wendy have instant chemistry that just oozes off the pages. They have some struggles to overcome but these two are highly combustible when together. Their instant love and affection for one another made me fall deeply in love with these two. I loved everything about their story.

To better understand Tavi and Wendy's story, you definitely need to read Venom first. Hook and Tinksely story in Venom will give you a better understanding of some of the events and situations that happen in Lost Girl.

Dee Garcia is an absolutely amazing author. She takes us to magical worlds and gives us such amazing, lovable and relatable characters that we desperately crave more of. I highly recommend all of her books and I can't wait to see where she takes us next.

BEFORE YOU READ LOST GIRL YOU MUST READ VENOM FIRST!!!! This is the 2nd book in the Rosewood Realm series.
Wendy's life has been turned upside down, but she only has one person to blame for that. The one person she thought she would love forever turns out to be the devil in disguise. What she thought was true comes crashing down in the blink of an eye. If she could only make Tinksley understand she truly has no idea what she was speaking about. When Tavi hears her pleas for help he just can not help himself. He needs to know just who is pleading for help. Once he sees her there is something that just will not let him walk away from her. His protective instincts kick in and he will do anything to ensure she is kept safe. As he helps her out of her the situation she has been placed in another one arises. Tavi being a true alpha will do whatever is necessary to protect her. She helps calm his more aggressive side, and he helps her heal from the trauma of being thrust into this new life. The question then becomes what will Wendy do?
I will say I was really surprised in the beginning of the book. I won't spoil it for you by saying why, but if you are anything like me you will be as well. The story flowed really well and the secondary characters helped move the story along. I love it when you start a series and even though each book is about a different couple we get to get caught up with the characters from the different books. I have already added the next book to my TBR...

Prior to reading Venom, I had never read one of Dee Garcia’s books. I LOVED Venom immensely, which is weird to say since I’m not a huge PNR/Fantasy reader. Venom, however, made me a believer in the PNR romance field. So, what’s the big deal about Venom when I’m writing about Lost Girl? Lost Girl is the spinoff from that book into a new series.

Lost Girl was awe-inspiring, jaw dropping and sinfully delicious. I was so entranced while reading this, that I was in my own little reading bubble and oblivious to what was going on around me. The clarity in which she writes about these characters and the world that they live in made me feel like I was right there with them.

Speaking of characters, Tavi and Wendy were the next genius couple to be written about. Lost Girl Wendy is not the Wendy of Peter Pan’s past and Tavi, well Tavi is just plain yumminess on a stick! He is an alpha true to the core and those instincts are kicked into super drive when he sets his sights on Wendy.

Lost Girl is a book that you need to read. Dee’s storylines blend amazingly well, the characters are well thought out and plot points are not glanced over lightly but integrated into past/present history seamlessly. Well Done Dee! I am anxiously excited for the next book in the series.

After reading Venom, (also by this author) I have to admit that I was really expecting big things for the next book. Whatever had to come after Venom was something bigger and better than the first; and believe me that book rocked.

However, I wasn’t expecting to be as sucked in as I was. As soon as that first chapter hits you, you are drawn right back into this dark, depraved and silky world that was first created back in Venom.

This author holds no bars. Her world building is so good that you are transported. You believe that you are in this world that has been so cleverly built.

And the characters. How is it possible for you to hate and love characters at the same time? Like how can one character make you want to punch them but be utterly flawed with them at the same time. I felt this a lot throughout the story.

When Venom hit, I was like, “okay, these are some serious contender characters.” But now having read Lost Girl, I’m seriously questioning my thought processes. Tavi and Wendy have possibly just moved beyond that bar!

The only thing I would have any negativity on is that if this author doesn’t carry on this series with other books, I will be majorly disappointed.

Highly recommend!

4.5 Stars
Rosewood Realm my newest addiction. Dee Garcia has taken a childhood favorite and reworked it, made it SO much darker, sexier and juicier and given paranormal elements.

Lost Girl is book two in the series and it follows Wendy AFTER she's been abducted and brought to Rosewood. Tavi is Tigerlilly's brother and the alpha of the Lost Boys pack. Tavi is immediately drawn to Wendy and will do whatever to keep her safe while in Rosewood.

While it wasn't as salacious as Venom, it still held it's own. These two's chemistry was instant and the build up was everything. Tavi isn't just the alpha of the pack. He's also alpha in the bedroom.

Even though it you don't necessarily have to read Venom prior to reading Lost Girl, it does help so that you can truly understand Tinksley. Without reading it, I would probably question Wendy's decision to forgive.

Received ARC from Author for Honest Review.
I Give this Book a 4/5 Star Rating.

HEA(?): Yes, for Tavi & Wendy Lol
Dark: 3.5-4/5
Romance: 3.5/5, It isn’t ‘immediate’.
Heat: 3.5/5
Dark(?) 3.5/5
Drama: 5/5
Suspenses 4/5

I’m Not Going to Give Anything Away for Tavi & Wendy, but Honestly it’s a Great Book!
You MUST Read Venom First, otherwise you won’t have a clue really on what’s going on. If I hadn’t been notified ahead of time to read Tink & Hook’s Book first, I would’ve missed a lot.
So I advise to not skip the first book.
This book had a lot more flow, a paced a lot easier and had no feeling of rushing.
And of course I Love Seeing Tink & Hook, if you don’t read the first book you just won’t understand what goes on.

I look forward to reading book 3!

Wow oh wow! The 2nd book in the Rosewood Realm series was an awesome read following, Venom! I fell in live with Venom, and Dee Garcia did not disappoint with Lost Girl! From beginning to end, I couldn’t what to see what happened!! This dark fairy tale retelling was fabulously twisted! Wendy and Tavi’s story is a must read!

Although Lost Girl can be read as a stand alone, I highly recommend reading Venom first in order to enjoy the full story!

Wow! I feel like that 3 letter word is an understatement. I’ve been waiting for what seems like forever for this book. It’s like the dreams of my childhood mixed with the dirty dreams of my adulthood. I needed to take a cold shower after reading this book. You could feel the heat coming off the pages. The flow of this book made it so easy to read and so hard to put down. I started this book at 6 AM and finished it 8 hrs later. Shh! Don’t tell my boss. I was reading at stop lights, in the bathroom and even at my desk while my boss was not looking. It was that good! This is a top read of 2020 for me. Can’t wait to read more!

Can I be Little Wolf please???

Wow!!! I was like “Here we gooooooooo!!!” I was so ready to be transported back to Rosewood, just waiting ever so patiently. And I’m shook!!! Gah!!! Dee Garcia is slaying it!! Her world building is amazing. I felt like I was in that realm. My heart was racing. I was left breathless. I was howling with glee.
Let me just say Tavi is perfection!!!! I thought I was a Hook girl. I was clearly mistaken. Tinksley can keep him. Where Hook is calculating and dark and lives by an ambiguous yet at times immoral code as the leader of his kind and a king of sorts of Rosewood, Tavi is the opposite. He’s a leader too, but of the lost boys. The men who all have a past they’re trying to outrun/outlive and live by the pack code. Truly brothers in arms living life to protect the vulnerable. Tavi is smooth and funny and yummy and one look at a distressed Wendy and this mountain of a man is a complete goner. He’ll do anything and everything for her. It’s beautiful to say the least.
We met Wendy very briefly at the end of Venom (Tinksley and Hook’s story) and all I gotta say about that is that poor unsuspecting woman. She had to live an never ending nightmare. Loving a man as repulsive as Pan and coming to terms she was hoodwinked by her childhood love. But everything happens for a reason. Even her kidnapping and mind torture at the hands of Tinksley. I felt horrible for Wendy. She’s just this regular girl taken against her will, a victim herself and just had to endure everything on her own. But thankfully Tavi is there to help her heal.
I loved how slow they took things. It was completely necessary for them to build up from victim and savior. They become friends of sorts and find a mutual respect and reverence in one another. And the lust and desire that was always on the surface continues to grow and grow. Until finally Boom 💥. Fireworks 🧨. Axis tilting, never the same again unison. So good. Worth the wait.
This felt like a complete standalone, but you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not reading Venom first. It makes the character development that much more impactful and makes you see things in a different light. There were so many typos though, thus the 4 star rating. This story is so breathtaking and beautiful it just took away a bit of the allure. For me. But I doubt anyone would regret reading this helluva story. One-click it now!!! Can’t wait for Tigerlilly’s story. After reading that little snippet I was screaming, “I knew it!!!!” Oh it’s going to be fun!!!

The Big Bad Wolf and his little wolf....

“Lost Girl” is Dee’s second book in the Rosewood Realm series, and like Venom it didn’t disappoint. I absolutely love this series. It’s amazing and the characters flow so well together. This story begins where Venom has left off...Tinksley and Hook have just kidnapped Wendy and brought her to Rosewood. There she is held captive until Tavi hears her cries for help. Tavi finds Wendy and reassures her that he will be back for her, he needs time to get a plan in place to rescue her. He comes back for her and their relationship literally goes full speed ahead. The challenge to their new status, is most people fear anyone or anything that was ever associated with Peter and Wendy is no exception. They go through tons of judgement and family members trying their best to keep the couple apart. When Wendy’s nightmares become too much for her to bare, she takes off insisting on going home. Tinksley takes her home and then all heck breaks loose. Now Tavi must cross the portal to rescue her from yet another danger...Will he be in time to save her or this one time that even the “Big Bad Wolf” can’t save little Wendy?
