The team working on the Essex Hollywood project topped-out the concrete portion of work just last month! The crane went operational on March 11 and wood framing has begun.

Essex Hollywood is a seven-story mixed-use project featuring a 200-unit apartment building above two levels of subterranean parking. Check out a photo of the project below.

The Harlow Sunset Las Palmas project, a new 4-story shell and core office building with subterranean parking, is also making great headway. Steel installation is currently underway as seen in the photo below.
