The nomination period for the 11th annual Macaroni KID Douglas County Family Spotlight Awards is open from Monday, September 11, through Saturday, September 30, 2023.
We are giving away a $50 gift card during each week of the nomination period (for a total of three gift cards). Subscribers who nominate in at least ten (10) categories are automatically entered for a chance to win.
We will draw the winners on September 17, 24, and October 1. There are no restrictions on the number of gift cards you can win. The sooner you nominate, the more chances you'll have!

The winning business in each category will receive a free one-year listing in the Macaroni KID business directory, a digital badge to use on their website and social media pages, and a certificate to display at their location — plus the honor of knowing local families consider them one of the best!
The business with the most total nominations and votes in any one category will win a $500 advertising package!

- Only one nomination and vote per email address, please.

- Macaroni KID validates each email to ensure authenticity. We reserve the right to eliminate votes that are deemed to be invalid or to have interfered with the fair administration of this contest. Such action may disqualify the business from winning.
- Nominations will be open from September 11, 2023, through September 30, 2023. Voting will be open from October 9, 2023, through October 29, 2023. Any nominations/votes cast outside the dates and times indicated will not be counted.
