Make Tiny Changes Month

In June 2024, join us to make tiny changes that have a big impact on young people’s mental health across Scotland. #MTCM

Help young minds feel better.

The ripple effect starts with you.

Join us for this year's Make Tiny Changes Month - 30 days of fundraising for your mental health, and the young people we’re here for.

Whether you want to make a change yourself, spread the word, donate or fundraise, together we can each start our own ripple effect.

How to take part

The ripple effect starts with you

Join in from anywhere in the world, and choose a tiny change that will make you feel good. One tiny change or a month-long challenge, it can be tough, chilled, active, creative, or meditative - you name it! You could...

• Take on a 30 day fundraising challenge as a group or on your own

• Take on a 30 day fundraising challenge with your colleagues and ask your employer to match fund

• Donate and make tiny changes to help your mind feel better that month

If you would like some support or inspiration setting up your MTCM month change or challenge, join us at one of our MTCM lunches in Edinburgh and Glasgow in May, check our social media and mailings or reach out to Tom on tom@tinychanges.com for more information.

Making a difference

We believe that Scotland’s young people deserve great mental health, and we believe in their insight and innovation to make this possible. We exist to nurture the talent of young people to find solutions that work for them. Since 2019, we’ve supported over 4,000 children and young people through 69 innovative projects in every local authority area in Scotland. Our two goals are to invest £1 million in young people’s mental health and to support 10,000 children and young people by the end of 2026.
