Good news, no login or password is required to register, simply provide your phone number and email address. Please make sure to go to both the phone and email tabs across the top of the next window. 

The first phone number should be your primary number where you would like to receive notifications and please indicate if the cell number can receive text messages. We also would like your email address in case you need to update your contact information in the future. (Please note, your information will be confidential and won't be shared.)
