Wholesale Buyer Information

In an abundance of caution and in setting the example for social distancing in managing COVID-19, the decision has been made to postpone the Kentucky Crafted Market scheduled for March 13-15. This decision was made today in conjunction with the Kentucky Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet and the Kentucky Arts Council, as part of the Commonwealth’s ongoing effort to ensure the health and wellness of the public as Kentucky fights aggressively to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The Kentucky Crafted Market is open exclusively to buyers on Friday, March 13, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., to place wholesale orders. Buyers are owners or employees of a business who have the power to initiate purchasing contracts with an artist. In the interest of professional courtesy, proper business credentials must be provided before you can enter the show. To enter the show as a buyer, you must bring a copy of a resale certificate or a business/vendor license and a business card. All buyers must check in at the show entrance to gain admission.

There is no cash and carry. Trade and buyer badges are not to be used for making personal acquisitions. We reserve the right to revoke badges if they are misused. Additionally, no solicitation or unauthorized photography is permitted on the show floor.

Wholesale buyers can place orders with vendors on all three days of the Market, but Friday, March 13, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., is open exclusively to buyers.

Buyers can register at the event

Show up on Friday, March 13, with proper business credentials: a copy of a resale certificate or a business/vendor license and a business card. All buyers, whether they have preregistered or are registering that day, must check in at the show entrance to gain admission.
