Neil brings extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He has nearly three decades in leadership, recruiting, and management. He also carries his Series 6, 63, 26 and Life, Health and Accident licenses and LUTCF from the American College of Financial Services.
Neil is an experienced insurance agent, financial advisor, training manager, recruiter, and leader, known for educating and supporting agents. He develops great teams who creates top-producing offices.

Todd carries his Series 6, 65, 63, 26 and Life, Health and Accident licenses and his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) from the American College of Financial Services.
Todd is an experienced insurance agent, financial advisor, training manager, recruiter, and leader, known for helping, educating, and supporting agents as they develop strategic financial plans for their client’s future. Todd develops top producing teams and has won numerous awards for his work.

Away from work, he’s the proud father of three sons and he’s passionate about hockey. Todd enjoys working out and riding dirt bikes. He is the coaching director and varsity head coach of the Butler Valley Youth Hockey Association. Todd is a member of the General Agents and Managers Association and the Society of Financial Services Professionals.

Cindy is an experienced marketing training manager, recruiter, and leader, known for helping, educating, and supporting agents as they develop strategic financial plans for their client’s future. Cindy develops teams and creates a positive, supportive environment in her offices.
Away from work, Cindy is an entrepreneur, starting her own business in 2016, called Woo Worx Marketing. She is a Bloomsburg University Alumni with a Bachelor of Science degree in business marketing. Cindy participates in her local community as a member and marketing chair for the non-profit organization, NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) Greater Philadelphia Chapter.
Cindy is passionate about what she does in making a positive impact. She enjoys traveling, reading, psychology, learning new skills, watching movies and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Originally from Voorhees, New Jersey, I’ve lived in South Jersey most of my life. Earlier, I worked directly with optometrists at US Vision and then took time to focus on my family with my fiancé and our three daughters. I also utilized that time to learn about my real passion, devoting my time to study and further my education in financial services.
I love to contribute to the community through organizations like the St. Vincent de Paul Society and March of Dimes, among others. I also enjoy running and have been a committed runner since my track and cross country career in high school and college.
