About the author

Jo Ebisujima is a Brit living and working from her home in Japan. The founder of My Organized Chaos and best selling author of Montessori Inspired Activities For pre-schoolers, her area of genius is helping busy mamas set up systems and to organize their homes and kids so they can have more calm, creative and fun times.
With a background in engineering and design, Jo is also Montessori trained: she brings left-brained organization and right-brained out of the box creativity together produce beautiful yet practical solutions for her clients.
Her mission is to help children fall in love with learning and since parents are the child’s greatest teachers Jo’s work involves helping parents, to help their kids fall in love with learning.
In her spare time she can be found designing sewing patterns or crafting and creating with her son. She loves travelling and adventuring and trying new foods as long as it doesn’t involve fish.
She has been blogging for 7+ years about their Montessori adventure and the ups and downs of living in a foreign country. In 2012 Jo set up My Organized Chaos to help busy mamas organize their kids and homes so that they have more time for the fun stuff. She is on a mission to help as many busy mamas as possible to have a stress free, happy and organized parenting journey.
Now, before we go any further, there is something you should know, Jo has a reputation... ohhhh yes, it is known that not only does she love Montessori she is also one crafty mama! and you just can't keep a good crafty mama down. She thrives on coming up with new crafty ideas and activities to be enjoyed by kids of all ages. She gets get doubly excited if the new activity is not only fun but educational too.
