Applicants are highly encouraged to offer a hands-on activity or interactive exhibit to engage and inspire our State Fair attendees. Please Note: All applications will be reviewed by the State Fair S.T.E.A.M. advisory board and acceptance will be based on space availability and description of Project/Activity/Exhibit.  Selling of products is not allowed in this exhibit space.

Participation at the State Fair requires the booth to be staffed from 10 AM to 10 PM. You can share the booth with another similar organization that would be doing the same type of activity as long as it is staffed the full 12 hours.

Registrants will be notified by 5 August whether or not they have been accepted.
