It's Callum and Ellie's story 🎉
I really enjoy reading Brooke O'Brien's books and the Heart's Compass series is such a lovely series. Now That I Found You is a wonderful edition to the series and I really enjoyed reading it.
Now That I Found You is the perfect balance of sweet and sexy and even though it's a novella, might I say that it has so far become my favourite from the series? Because I really did enjoy this book.
This book is a true romance read: it has a little bit of everything- angst, plot twists that keeps you on your toes and sexy moments that such makes you sigh with delight.

As far as novellas go, this one was sooo good! I won’t ever get enough of Brooke’s writing. She is amazing in writing down wonderful characters, enthralling and engaging storylines, sweet and hot AF romances...
This was such a JOY to read! This time around, we got more of Callum and Ellie, a bit of angst and suspense and a lot of sexy and sweet moments with these amazing set of characters that I fell so hard for right from the start when I first read book 1 in the series.
And this story really is a fantastic addition to the series. It had me feeling all the feels, as usual when reading a Brooke O’Brien story and I really couldn’t be happier with how this novella turned out. A MUST READ to anyone who’s read Where I found You and fell in love with Callum and Ellie 🧡

I received an ARC of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review. I didn't get to experience Callum and Ellie's book, Where I Found You but this was nice novella to read. It gave the some insight of their lives after marriage and how the past issues she had still factored in how things were for them both. There was a very tense scene that really showed how strong Ellie was and how much Callum loved her and would do anything for her. I really enjoyed this story and I can't wait to read more from Brooke O'Brien.

Now That I Found You is a novella in the Heart’s Compass series and it's recommended to read Where I Found You before the novella. Now That I Found You continues the story of Ellie and Callum.
I came across Brooke O’Brien because of a fellow book blogger, Melissa, and I’m so glad that I requested a copy of one of her books. Brooke O’Brien is an amazing Romance author and I love all of the books I’ve read so far (3 to be exact).
I think that Now That I Found Youwas an amazing novella and just everything that I needed. I really loved Where I Found You and I loved Ellie and Callum. Now That I Found You was such an emotional rollercoaster because so many things happened to Ellie in the past and she’s still struggling with it. And Callum … he’s definitely one of my favourite book boyfriends!

Feels, drama, suspense, and heart squeezing emotion... Now That I Found You has it all! This perfectly crafted novella grabbed a hold of my heart and attention right off the bat and held it intently until I swiped the last page. I really enjoyed getting a second peek into the lives of Ella and Callum, their intense love affair brought life and emotion to the pages. Every word of it was saturated with love, passion, and pain, making darn near impossible not to feel for them and the situation they found themselves in. Once again I am left impressed with Ms. O'Brien's expertly crafted words, and perfectly drawn characters, highly recommend you get your hands on this can't miss series!!

Now That I Found You is Brooke’s best work to date! She totally nailed the emotional experience of the characters, she brought it to life. At times, my lips were trembling and my spine shivering as I absorbed all the feels that were flying off the pages.
Callum and Ellie are a special couple. They have lived through trauma, but now they have found each other and learned to trust and lean on each other. This novella is filled with emotion and suspense. Brooke’s story will have you speed-reading while you hold your breath waiting for the other foot to drop.
I don’t feel Brooke could have done one more thing to improve on this story. It is a perfect follow-up to Callum and Ellie’s story Where I Found You. That being said, I would recommend reading these two books in order. You’ll only enhance your experience and love for these characters if you do.

In the Author's Note, Brooke O'Brien makes it known that you MUST read Where I Found You before you read Now That I Found You, as this is novella that follows up on Callum & Ellie's story that started in that book. And normally novella's are too short for me to give a 5 star rating, but since this one lets me see what these two are up to now, of course I had no choice as I love them. I'm not going to go into detail, as it would ruin everything since it's short, but man it packed quite the punch. There's some f-bomb worthy twists, which brought on quite a bit of angst. And man oh man, they're still setting the sheets on fire, or whatever they're on when sexy times go down. But more than that, they're living their best life the best way they can, and I'm so glad. And I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Even though it was a short read, I still ended up being an emotional wreck. I mean, how perfect is this couple?
I can’t tell you how much I admire Ellie. She is such a strong woman. She’s gone through so much,especially as a child. And she’s still fighting.
We see into their married life, but obviously something bad always has to happen when everything is perfect.
One man is trying to take everything away from Ellie, but Callum is there to put his life at risk to protect the love of his life.
Will they get their happily ever after?

This is a short novella about Ellie and Callum. I felt that this was a great wrap up for them and showcasing that even with everything that she has been put through, she will persist.
It almost broke my heart when it was almost taken away from them! Thank you Brooke O'Brien for putting these two people that deserve nothing but the best in each others lives in front of us again!

What a cute short little Novella by Brooke O’Brien.
Loved reading more on Ellie and Callum. Ellie has been through hell and back and I’m so happy they got their HEA.
Brooke is my go to author. She never disappoints.

I recently read an ARC of the third book in this series and I read the first two books last year! I then signed up for an ARC of this book as it continues the characters story from the first book! I have to start this review by saying that I did have to go back and re-read the book that starts the characters story off because I could only remember bits and pieces of what happened in it! I'm really happy that I did this because it enhanced my experience when I read this novella! After reading this novella, I can say that I loved it a lot! It also took me a few sittings to read because I wanted to try and make it last a little bit longer lol! The plot developed at a quick pace and quite a lot happened in it! I liked that there was a bit of action and suspense in it too! I wasn't expecting there to be, but it added to the plot! There was plenty of romance too and the romance allowed for a few seriously hot scenes! The characters were also amazing and made this novella even better! Ellie was the main female character, and I couldn't wait to go back inside Ellie's head and see how she was coping after what she went through in her full-length book! I loved Ellie in this novella! She had grown, but my heart also went out to Ellie in this novella because she was still trying to come to terms with what she went through in the first book and then she went through a traumatic situation in this novella! Ellie was strong though and she kept going and just wanted to be happy and content with her life! Callum was the main male character and love interest of Ellie! I loved Callum a lot in this novella! I mean, I loved him in his full-length book, but I loved him even more in this novella! He was so sweet towards Ellie and it was easy to see how much he loved and adored her! Callum was again very protective of Ellie and he just wanted her to be safe and not in any danger! Callum also worked hard and was perfect book boyfriend material! I loved that this novella was written from both Ellie and Callum's point of views! I was hoping that it was going to be because their full-length was written from both of their point of views, so I'm really happy that this novella was too! It helped me connect more with Ellie and Callum and it allowed for more things to happen in the plot! I now can't wait to read the next book in this series! I know that the next book is going to focus on different characters, but this has me even more excited to read it! I'm not sure when the next full-length book is going to release, but it says 2019 on Goodreads, so I'm assuming that it'll probably be later in the year! I'll definitely be reading it once it releases! I can't wait to check out this author's duet that's already released too because it's the only books that I haven't read from her yet lol! The cover for this book is also absolutely stunning! It definitely suits the feel of the book and it matches the other covers in the series perfectly too! This is my favourite in the series. I enjoyed going back to revisit this couple. What the author has packed into a relatively short number of pages is emotional, tense and completely lovely (despite the drama).
The background was already laid out in Where I Found You, so there are no words wasted here. The focus is entirely on these two.

Happy ending
This is the 4th book in this series, and a nice surprise from the author. I always love when an author gives updates on couples, and usually this happens during sequels, but this is one up from passing updates. We get a Novella on Ellie and Calum.

Ellie & Callum part
This is a suspenseful revisit back to Callum & Ellie as we see their lives after their wedding. There is a link back to the abduction that in my mind, if not stated explicitly ties up questions about the second voice. I liked having the alight time away from them to let the other couples timelines fit in.

I have loved reading this series, so when I heard that Brooke O’Brien was going back and writing more for Callum and Ellie, I was so happy as these two are my favourite characters out of all the couples she’s written. Don’t get me wrong, I love the others just the same, but there’s something about Callum and Ellie that stand out more to me. Brooke did such an amazing job with this story and really kept the romance between Ellie and Callum alive, it was pretty inspiring reading about it. There was nothing that I could find the book that didn’t work, it just worked out perfectly, the twists and turns were just incredible and I can’t wait to see what she has planned next. Sometimes when an author goes back and writes another book about previous characters they’ve written before and are able to capture the chemistry and keep the plot going smoothly, however, Brooke nailed that perfectly. I loved what she did with the story and thought that she gave the characters the perfect journey that you could ask for. If you loved reading about Callum and Ellie in Where I Found You, then you’ll just fall in love with them all over again in this book, so you seriously should go and grab your copy and give it a read as it’s well worth it.
Ellie and Callum have just gotten married, been through the worst few weeks that they both could of imagined, but they are doing their best to move forward with their happy ever after. Now with having their honeymoon, they couldn’t be happier, all they both want is to be happy, put the past behind them, but they both know it’s going to be a while before Ellie feels comfortable again. Just as things are starting to settle down for them, life decides to throw some curveballs at Ellie and she’s scared of losing Callum as he’s her everything. Will Ellie ever be able to get a break and ever be able to focus on her life with her one true love?

I finished reading Where I Found You recently and was really happy that I had a chance to read more about these two not too long after that. Ellie and Callum are two characters who really find a place in your heart after the first book. Getting to enjoy them a little longer isn't something I'll ever complain about.
Novellas can be a hit or miss though. They're pretty short, so I've had many times where I felt like there was a lot of story missing or that it was rushed. That wasn't the case with Now That I Found You! This story picks up some months after the ending of Where I Found You.
Ellie and Callum have been through a lot in their relationship, but it seems like things are finally looking up for them. I love the two of them together and things can definitely get pretty steamy! Ellie had a heartbreaking childhood, so it's nice to see her get some happiness.
It's clear the events from Where I Found You still have an impact, but Ellie is learning to deal. When a day at work turns Ellie's world upside down, we're not sure if she will get her happily ever after. I have to say that Brooke is really good at making you feel all the tension and suspense surrounding these events. I couldn't put this novella down.

Brooke OBrien is a newer author to me. My suggestion is that you read Where I found you first. Just so you know the backstory. Although you can read this without doing so but I wouldn’t suggest it. Anyway, I loved this novella is a quick read but packs a punch with all the feels.

I have to say that I loved this Novella and wished it was longer because I wanted more of Ellie and Callum. They were a perfect couple together. I love when authors revisit characters who have achieved their hea. I thought the story of these two and all they went thru was emotional and now this novella, well we get a look at where they are after returning from their honeymoon. Action and suspense push these two to their limits and brings them closer than ever. Yes it's emotional as well and we get to see some old friends. Seeing these two and the strength of their love and support when it's needed. It's a great read and the perfect addition to the series. Love this author and what she brings to the table and her characters as well. Sit on down for a steamy and hot read and enjoy.
