From this core belief has the interesting agenda and format of our upcoming OCC - BEMUG (Combined Meet) emerged. The topic is ''Future of Work" - Collective Whiteboard. I must credit Chirag Chamoli on conceptualizing and articulating this well.

We assemble with our tablets, laptops (not mandatory) over a wi-fi and start jotting down on a shared document and / or a Whiteboard our names and thoughts on what will be the Future of Work, let us say 5 years from now. Then each one gets to quickly talk about:

- their thoughts and predictions / forecasts about the future and why they believe these predictions will come true
- what will be the newer challenges and opportunities as a result of it
- how to overcome the above challenges and exploit the newer opportunities
