2019 Oakland VegFest Sponsor & Vendor Application (WAIT LIST)

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2019 Oakland VegFest! Please fill out this form to be added to the vendor waitlist for the event. We will notify you on April 23rd if any vendor spaces become available.

The Oakland VegFest attracts over 4,000 people each year who are interested in the latest innovative vegan products, healthy lifestyles, and progressive social causes. This year's event will be held on May 18th, from 11am-5pm at the Lake Merritt Amphitheater.

Oakland VegFest is organized by the Factory Farming Awareness Coalition (FFAC). FFAC is an educational non-profit committed to empowering people to save animals, the environment, and our own health through our daily food choices. All Oakland VegFest proceeds benefit FFAC.

Sponsorship Levels
Golden Carrot - $2,000

Vendor Options
Food Vendor - $250
10'X10' space for any food vendor selling and/or sampling vegan food and/or beverages to 4,000+ attendees. Must be able to show proof of a restaurant or catering food permit.

Artisan Vendor - $175
10'X10' space for any non-food merchants selling and/or sampling vegan non-edible items

Non-Profit Vendor - $100
10'x10' exhibit space for federally-recognized 501c3 organizations, animal protection organizations, and community groups.

Please note that all vendors selling items will need sales permits from the City of Oakland, and all vendors selling food will need temporary food vendor permits from Alameda County. The cost of these permits is not included in registration. We will send more information about necessary permitting once you register.
