      Bini helped me buy an S60 today and was great! He was very kind and helpful, and I am really pleased with the car. Jim was also very helpful getting us started.

      I have been Volvo curious for a long time and Sandberg Volvo really helped me understand the brand and appreciate it even more. I went in to compare the XC60 plug in to the Audi Q5 plug in. Ozzy Ortega helped me get connect to an experienced salesperson, Jim Berus, but Ozzy ended up coming with me on my test drive, making sure I was experiencing the cars features. He continued to help me when I gave the XC40 Recharge a try and fell flat on my face in love with this zippy EV.

      Jim worked closely with me to understand the car, the available inventory and the challenges to the supply of pre owned ones that would better fit my budget. He was straight forward and absolutely no pressure at all. I ultimately made the decision to hold off a couple more years for an EV but Sandberg Volvo will be my first stop when I am ready!

      Bait and switch dealer. Offered a 10k discount on a new 2024 V60, verbally on 4/21. Went back today, 4/26, after confirming on the phone if that is still valid. Confirmed it was valid, made me drive 45 minutes one-way in Friday rush hour traffic only to say "that was a verbal offer and we can't honour it".

      Why make a customer drive out if you know you can't make a deal work? Why offer it in the first place!

      The sales manager was quite condescending, even though the sales person Dani was quite nice. Sales manager asked me if "I'm serious about buying a car" after refusing to honour his own offer. Funny.

      Summary- be ready to be baited. Bad service. Can't trust.

      Quite an enjoyable dealer experience here. We were looking to trade in a q5 and check out a Volvo. David Yerokhin was extremely patient, communicative and helpful. Even with him not being at Volvo too long, he really knew a ton about the cars!

      David helped every step of the way. Would highly recommend checking out this dealership if you're in the market for a Volvo. Would also highly recommend working with David. Thanks for making our entry to this brand so enjoyable!

      I had a great experience buying my Volvo XC40 Recharge. Tyler and David were very helpful throughout the whole process. David even came back in on his day off to walk me through the car and finish everything up. The whole team was very easy to work with and made the car buying process as painless as possible.

      I'm a big fan of Sandberg Volvo! Over the past few years, we've made two purchases here. Jim has helped us with both purchases and he is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and attentive. They are not pushy here, they're real. They work with you to understand your needs and you leave feeling confident in your purchase.

      Patrick and Natalie are our knowledgeable service advisors. They are welcoming and friendly and we always know they have our best interest in mind. They are quick to get us in when needed and I especially like that Sandberg runs an efficient shop. Our car gets serviced and they call you right away when it's complete. We work with another dealership for our other (non-Volvo) cars and have at times felt like "number". That is never the case with Sandberg. Everyone there is SO friendly!

      I love the atmosphere at Sandberg and their showroom is STUNNING ! It's clean, modern and homey. I'm a sucker for snacks ... good variety in a comfortable place to wait. Lots of coffee and tea options! You'll see their Volvo branded mugs in the photo, all in an effort to reduce waste.

      We're in the market for another purchase and Sandberg is the first place we'll look!

      Had the good fortune of working with Mohammad Siddique on the purchase of our new C40 Recharge. The process was quick, transparent, and painless to say the very least! Mohammad was polite, comprehensive, and very pleasant during our interaction. No sales gimmick or pressure was felt during the whole process. They even helped us out with financing and ensuring that we got the best deal, thanks in part to his equally amazing manager, Bill Tapscott, and finance manager, Stephen Haas.
      We've done business with Sandberg x3 now, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend buying from this dealership if you are in the market.

      Was very upset with the service and the final outcome of a HUGE mistake made on this dealership. We initially went in and did not buy a car, I did some research on cars that were on their way to the dealership and also alt picked out the car we wanted. The salesman did not find this option for us. Once we sat down and talked to them we decided to go for the car. We put down a deposit for a car and were told we would get it mid October. Shook 3 different peoples hands and had the finance person come talk to us. We call mid October, the sales person lied to us and told us they double booked the car, but we had put down an offer first. My partner goes to the dealership and the car is not even there, they sold the car to someone else. Car wasn't even on the lot anymore.

      When we spoke to them about it, the sales manager said that this happens to them often. So we asked what they are doing to fix it, and all he did was repeat the process of how to buy a car. With no explanation of how to they are going to fix this. Well there was zero resolution, what they offered us for their mess up was petty. We would essentially have to wait 9 months for the car.

      I realize people make mistakes but the way this was handled was also very poor.

      Would not recommend, sales was poor, process was poor, and resolution was poor.

      We bought our 2023 Volvo XC90 last week. I took multiples visits to dealership to finalize and buy the vehicle(testdrive, see the vehicle, do the paperwork and take the vehicle home). Yet, the team was patient and helped me through the process. Especially Michael Willis and Tyler Glaze

      Thanks Tyler Glaze for a great test drive, explaining the features and also for helping me make an informed decision between different trim levels and buying options.

      Thanks Michael Willis for being patient throughout the process and accomodating most of the asks I had, getting the car ready earlier than promised and for helping me navigate through the features and setup driving experience(features) to my liking at the time of delivery. And yeah, thanks for picking up the check for me. One less trip to dealership :)

      Buying experience was smooth and would recommed both of them.

      I recently had a major problem with my XC40ev losing all power.

      I called Sandberg where I had purchased the car in the first place and I was livid. The general manager took my call and was very patient with me. He channeled my energy into Volvo's customer care who sent out a jump guy, a tow truck, and eventually a different type of tow truck that could tow without damaging the vehicle.

      The service manager took over at that point and they got the job done. Everything was free (warrantee) and despite being put out for some time I was loaned a vehicle and everything eventually was worked out.

      This dealership did me right and I'm pleased about it despite being a bit unhappy about Volvo's reliability. The part of the job in Sandberg Volvo's hands was done right.
