We’re are excited to announce Robby B has taken on the role of Press Room Manager in Carol Stream. Robby has been with Packaging Personified almost 9 years now, starting as a First Pressman, then taking in the role of a Shift Lead in the press room and ultimately moving now to Pressroom Manager.
"Robby Bottcher has been instrumental to the success of the Carol Stream pressroom. His technical background and a strong understanding of flexo is a huge resource to the department and the entire PPI team. His organization skills and vision have made a great impact on safety, quality, and efficiency. He has also been instrumental in the pressroom’s training program, from organizing the training of new hires to the continuous skills training. Robby has also been personally responsible for the training of many new operators on Press 6. In fact, in the last 2 years, we have introduced 3 new lead pressmen to the Press 6 team.
Robby has also done a fantastic job of managing our hazardous waste program. His efforts have led to a 30% reduction in hazardous waste.
Robby’s leadership and commitment to teamwork will undoubtedly lead to success in his new role as Pressroom Manager."
