Education Requirements: M.S. Degree Experience Requirements: 1+ years related experience in Geotechnical or Earthquake Engineering. Position Details: Conduct seismic hazard assessment utilizing earthquake recurrence relations & ground motion prediction equations; Assess site specific seismic hazard using deterministic & probabilistic methods; Develop design response spectra & time history through seismic hazard deaggregation & spectral matching; Evaluate site specific seismic amplification through linear or nonlinear site response analysis; Validate & verify the in-house software used for seismic hazard analysis; Perform Dynamic Soil-Structure Interaction Analysis using frequency domain finite element analysis package of SASSI; Compile and check calculation documents for above-referenced subjects per U.S.NRC regulatory guides and company QA/QC procedures.
