"Teaching is my Passion & Learning is my Habit"

Teaching Philosophy:

"Teaching is my Passion & Learning is my Habit"

"Passion and habit of learning are the key factors on which i focus my teaching"

  • My philosophy of education is that every individual student is unique and special in different ways. As a teacher my role and responsibility is to identify the hidden talent in the student and motivated him and guide him in very possible way so that he finds the right path for success.
  • A teacher should be totally involved with the class, dedicated to his/her students and be prepared to devote time and energy for them. students tends to learn more effectively from an approachable teacher who sets up a comfortable atmosphere conductive to learning. thus, the education goes beyond the classroom and students tend to visualize the teacher as a role model from whom they seek universal advice on topics ranging from fundamental concepts to future careers options, other personal problems and recommendations. my success lies in seeing my students succeed and i experience it when i see my students move on to industry or graduate school.
  • Frankly speaking i did not had a dream of becoming a teacher, i started my professional carer as a site engineer and worked for about three years, during my hardship in construction i had to face lots of challenges in my way which i was not used to, these challenges made me think differently, act wisely and behave politely. This experience of mine in site made me also preach it to others, that was the movement when i decided to do my masters and become a educator. I want to be a better teacher than a best teacher, i chose this profession because of the dream and vision to establish Indian Institute of Civil Engineering (IICE) at Hubli and also my love towards nature and conservation of water for the future generation made me to choose environmental engineering. Designing of different sanitation system and sewers to the society is my responsibility as a Environmental Engineer and always i strive towards this.
  • I am very young to this teaching profession, just have three years of experience, in this three years i have experimented several ways of teaching, which could help my students to learn in a very simple and easy way. I always keep experimenting different techniques of teaching so that my students can concentrate more, be very attentive, active and interact in very possible way so that their understanding becomes more strong and stable.
