Payson Unified School District is collecting responses regarding preschool enrollment. This is not considered a registration form and completion does not mean your child(ren) is/are enrolled and starting preschool until you receive further contact from PUSD. This form should not be used for scheduling screening services for special education preschool and is intended for general education students only.

PUSD Lil' Longhorn Preschool is for children ages 3-4 (and 5 year old's who are ineligible for Kindergarten Fall registration) who reside in the Payson school district boundaries and are toilet trained. Preschool will be four (4) days per week, Monday through Thursday, for 2.5 hours per day, and will follow the PUSD school year calendar. We will have a morning and an afternoon schedule. Your preference can be indicated below, but is not guaranteed.

Preschool tuition will be $250 per child, per month. Lastly, please note this is not a daycare service, but a partial-day preschool program. We look forward to greeting your preschooler(s) and enhancing early childhood education in our community!
