Here's a look at The Butcher's Daughter. She cleans up good, right? This is a new vegetarian cafe and juice bar from Heather Tierney, the cocktail maven who runs Apotheke and Pulqueria with her brother Christopher. In addition to coffee and fresh-squeezed juices, the cafe serves soups, salads, sandwiches, and a few composed plates like pesto linguine and a portobello burger.
