Parent Peer Supporter Application
Thank you so much for coming here to volunteer to help other parents online with youth mental health by being a Parent Peer Supporter!

Parent Peer Supporters are parents or carers of teenagers and active members of the Parents Online community forums. They provide support to other members who may be experiencing difficulties with their teenager, welcome new members to the community and flag any concerns regarding members.

To be a Parent Peer Supporter you MUST attend both days of training. They are:
Saturday the 24th of June and Saturday the 1st of July, 10am - 5pm.
It will be in Sydney. If needed we will arrange for your travel and accommodation. We just need to know if you can be there on BOTH days.

I can commit to a minimum of 2 hours per week for this role. *
All Parent Peer Supporters must spend a minimum of 2 hours every week engaging with parents in the forums for the 12 months of the project. We understand things may change so we are asking if you are confident you can commit to that as things are at the moment.
