Thank you for your interest in reserving AAK!  Please complete the following form to indicate your needs for your reservation.  Completing this form does not mean it is confirmed.  Our staff will be in touch within 2 business days regarding your request.

Please note:  the reservation fee covers access to the space, certain equipment (tables, chairs, sound system, etc.), basic table and chair setup, event management and equipment cleanup/put away, and a cleaning to return the space to school ready.  Children may not be left unattended during any event and must remain with a childcare provider or adults at all times.  School & gym guidelines can be found below.

A complete checklist will be provided upon request and approval of reservation.
