Honor. It defines Logan’s life as a Navy SEAL. But fulfilling a man's dying wish is tougher than anything he has attempted in his life. With nowhere else to run, it’s time for Logan to man up and accept the future he never planned on, with the woman he’s always loved.

From Dyslexic kid with a love of Algebra to a published author, no one is more surprised to find me here, than I am. I love to write about tortured pasts and hot sex, a happily ever after that has to be worked for. My stories tend to be a little dark but with some comic relief, typically in the form of sarcasm.

A sexy and easy read.

3,75 stars

I was intrigued when I read the blurb of this book, so I was excited about it.

I liked that the heroine is curvy and a realistic body shape, it makes more relatable. And Logan was a really sweet guy.

Katie and Logan were really good people and they both had experience lost and grief for the same person. So their pain, even though just one of them knows the real story, are a good part of the equation.

The plot had a lot of potention, although it was a little fast paced at some times. I wanted to know and learn more about the characters and their pasts.

But to sum up, altough it was a little rushed here and there, it was a good and sexy read.

Honor was a very quick read I've finished it in one sitting.

Logan is a beautiful man inside out and an amazing Hero,Katie is a sweet woman. They met at a bar and they felt connected instantly but could they lose all their fears and hesitancies in order to fall in love?

I've enjoyed this story, even if I would have liked to know more about the past of the characters.
The fast paced flow kept me on my toes from start to end,I was really curious to know Katie and Logan fate, but at times I felt it too rushed.

Immature Insta-love

Well, I don't really know where to start with a review for this book. Right off the bat, I could tell we weren't going to get along. While the blurb sounded great, it wasn't the heavy read I expected.

Insta-love, or lust in this case isn't my go to thing and this book was chock full of it. Logan and Katie were saying thier I Love You's after four days. Yikes. As the blurb says, Logan is a SEAL whose best friend, Ryan died and now he's going to claim Ryan's wife, the girl HE actually let get away all those years ago. While that sounds romantic, the immature way it's written really sucked all the romance right out of it.

Logan and Katie are in love, yet she has no idea who he really is and her friends are zero help when it comes to making good decisions. I'm guessing these characters are getting close to thirty, however they all, even the SEALS, act like they are in high school with the stuff they say and the way they act. I had a really hard time connecting with this story line.

This is my first Andi Jaxon read. I love military romance and this one, military romance with a cowboy in the mix, was an interesting read. I thought it was romantic. Snarky. Sexy. Raw and real.

Honor, the first in the new SEAL’ed series by Andi Jaxon and AJ Alexander is a quick read that I wanted more of . Logan fell in love with Katie years ago but instead watched his best friend marry her instead. He and his best friend made this huge promise- if his best friend ended up dying then Logan needed to care for and finally claim Katie. Logan couldn’t hang around while watching Katie and his best friend together so he left. Now after learning Katie’s husband and his former best friend is dead, Logan is back to follow thru with that promise that he made. Logan's feelings hadn't changed one bit when he laid eyes on Katie again so he went about wooing Katie. Only thing is, Katie is unware of what her husband asked his BFF, Logan, to do then. What happens when Katie finds out this secret that Logan is hiding from her? Would she still be willing to honor her deceased husband’s wishes? Logan and Katie have great chemistry and the connection is there. But there are things that might make what Logan wants hard for Katie. What I loved this that Katie was not some slender woman but more voluptuous and realistic. I liked the author kept things real in that sense. So certain scenarios made sense in the story. But other things in the story didn’t make as much sense. I felt that came off as unrealistic. This is a steamy story but certain aspects of the story kept it from being outright amazing. I do like the premise of the story and would love to read more by the authors.

Loss doesn’t mean heartbreak will last forever…

I love military romance and the blurb for this story (loss, cowboys, new love) immediately caught my eye…

Logan had buried his fellow soldier but not before promising to take care of the woman he left behind. After so long hearing about her, dreaming about her, he wanted too much to go to Katie and be there for her. Instead, he stayed away, determined to not act on his feelings. He couldn't stay away forever...

Katie still mourned her husband but Logan made her heart race and her mind dream of what may still be in store for her. She was still alive and Logan made her feel happier than she could remember. Maybe it was too good to be true?

The premise of this story may not be new, but I enjoyed this author duo’s spin on it. I loved Katie’s “twin” besties who were raunchy, full of life and the best friends anyone could ever have. EVER. I liked all the characters, even though I was frustrated at times at the drama that swirled around them. I expected drama but the over the top moments, small as they were, distracted me from the real emotion the characters were sharing and going through.

A good read and one I hope is followed by a story for the twins…

I had high hopes for Honor based on the blurb, but it just kind of was an okay read for me. The story had lots of things that I liked about it -- and I loved that Katie was a curvier heroine. But Katie and Logan just didn't click for me, and I think a lot of it had to do with their first interactions at the bar. I just couldn't get past the dialogue between them. It didn't feel like a natural flow of conversation to me, and the sex talk during their first encounter had me rolling my eyes. After that, it just remained a thorn in my side for the rest of the book and I never fully fell in love with them as a couple.

As far as characters on their own, however, Logan and Katie were well-written. She's a spunky, sassy spitfire, and he's admired her from afar for so long, sacrificing his own happiness for hers. There are definitely swoon-worthy moments in Honor, and the story itself is an emotional unrequited love romance.

I received an advanced copy and voluntarily left a review.

I was intrigued by Honor as soon as I read the description. A cowboy and a military romance? Awesome! And boy was it! I fell in love with Logan, he is sweet, considerate and oh so loveable. He is also all man.
Katie is a normal woman with normal insecurities. She may not be a size 2, but Logan loves her and shows her she is perfect. She is strong and sassy, but also very down to earth. I see many of the women I know in her. She was very easy to relate to.
The authors, Andi Jaxon and AJ Alexander make an excellent team and I am looking forward to more from them. Hopefully 2nd, 3rd ....etc SEAL'ed novels, so I can see more of the characters I met in this one

I received an ARC of Honor not knowing where or how - blonde blogger problems. Yes, you can laugh at me. But seriously, the cover had me intrigued. I read the synopsis and was like sweet, this book is right up my alley. I read this book start to finish in like 2 hours, y'all. There's so much to love about it. I truly think this story will appeal to every single reader.

Story Line: Okay, first of all, hello - sexy military man. If you're like eh, a man in uniform doesn't do it for me (like a lunatic), there's also the whole falling for your best friend's woman thing. Oooo, yeah. Now do I have your attention? Or the fact that our leading lady's best friends are twins who like to be frisky together. For me? What won me over was a small detail. Katie (Heroine) is a bigger girl. She has meat on her bones and she's so REAL about it. I related to Katie on so many levels. I'm a bigger girl too. I know the insecurities. The thoughts that the guy talking to you is out of your league or that he's just playing a prank on you. It sounds awful when I type it, but it's so true. A lot of people out there are cruel. So, for me, to read a story about a bigger girl finding her happily ever after with a sexy as sin military man? It was everything I didn't know I was missing.

Let me explain the "triangle". Katie was married to Ryan. Ryan and Logan were SEALs together. Ryan called dibs on Katie before Logan could tell his bestie he was interested in her. Katie and Ryan get married and Logan puts space between them. Then, sadly, Ryan passes away. Fast forward a couple years later and Logan is on a break from serving where he finds Katie at a bar (where he knew she would be at, which isn't stalkerish at all, by the way ;) ). Katie and Logan hit it off and it's all rainbows and kittens - until it isn't. But don't worry, this won't leave you hanging. They eventually find their way to a HEA.

Interaction: Katie and Logan have instant chemistry. It was crazy and amazing all rolled into one that she didn't remember Logan. But I loved how head over heals he was for her. Katie's personality is very similar to mine. She's sassy and fun loving. But she is super insecure. It takes her a while to believe that Logan is truly interested in her, which broke my heart. I wanted to be like "I've been there, girlfriend". Because it's true. She wanted to hide her body from him and was afraid to fall for him because she felt unworthy. God, I felt her inner turmoil. I hated it and loved it. But, regardless, Katie's character was one of my all time favorites.

Laundry: I was not expecting the amount of naughty, naughty things I read in this book. There were several occasions I had to fan myself because holy crap, Katie and Logan and smoking hot. They both let their freak flags fly and I loved every minute of it. I loved that her size was a non-issue. Logan dismissed her insecurities with so much love and encouragement, it brought tears to my eyes. They were so united. I love this couple so hard.

Depth: Honestly, I think the weight issue wasn't supposed to be a huge deal, but for someone who hates going jeans shopping, it was a really uplifting and beautiful development. Obviously, Logan has a secret he waits to dang long to reveal to his leading lady. But for me, Katie getting past her self esteem issue was a huge part of the depth. At least, for me anyways. I just cannot get enough of this book. It ended and I wanted nothing more to read their next chapter of their lives. I wanted to hear if they had kids and how many, where their lives took them, etc. I was completely invested in their perfect love story.

Y'all need to go add this book to your TBR list and pick it up on 06/27/2018 when it releases. It's the perfect steamy summer read!

Honor is book 1 in the Seal'ed Series. It was a fun quick read for me full of some very hot and steamy moments. Logan and Katie had some serious chemistry even though Katie really had no idea who Logan was when they met. I loved all of the characters in the book including some of the other Seal members.

I can't wait to get my hands on the next book in this series after reading this book and getting a little peak into the other characters lives.

There were several moments that had me wondering what was going to happen next and I was feeling lots of emotions throughout the story.

Definitely a series worth grabbing. - By Alisa

5 Freaking incredible Stars!

WOW! I'm stunned! Katie and Logan are incredible. I loved this book from the minute Andi talked about it, all the way to the end. I love that Katie is a 'real' women who has curves in all the right places and it's a twig, and I love how Logan loves her. This story introduced us to some incredible characters that I'm hoping (fingers crossed) we will get to see in all the other books in this series.
I loved the military terms, and the brotherhood these men have but love how strongly they love the women in heir life. Katie is someone I could so relate to with her insecurities over her physical appearance, but how she is super strong willed and has a backbone of steel. I just loved every minute of this story. Did I say love too much in this review? Maybe but it's the truth!

Finally. FINALLY! A book with a heroine I can relate to. I fell in love with “Honor” before I even read page one. That synopsis pulled me in hard. I knew I’d enjoy it, but what I wasn’t expecting was how much I connected with Katie. Bonus points for not making her a size 2! This book also does a great job of setting up the storyline for the next book in the Sealed series. It’s been a long time since I read a book where I was as interested in the side characters. Avery and Amber (the tornados) were hilarious! I’m so intrigued and excited to see how they navigate their relationship in book 2.

Logan/Cowboy was lovable and sexy as all get out! Over all I loved this book!
If I had 1 criticism it would be that I wanted more. Hopefully we get to catch up with Cowboy and Dollface more throughout the series.

Beautiful, sexy, heartwarming military romance

This book captivated my heart ever since I read the blurb. I love the concept of two bestfriends who fell in love with the same girl. Logan had to give way for Ryan and stayed away from him and Katie even if it means his biggest heartbreak. When unfortunate thing happened to Ryan, it was then Logan's time to claim the only woman he ever loved- his dead bestfriend's wife, Katie.

The kind of friendship that Logan and Ryan had was amazing and what I admired most in this story.

Love, love, love this book!

How can I start writing about this book. I loved reading Honor, the first in the new SEAL’ed series by Andi Jaxon and AJ Alexander. Honor has so many good things going for it. It’s a military romance with a big beautiful woman and a second chance romance all rolled into one.

I love the characters in Honor. Logan has been in love with Katie since he laid eyes on her, but was too afraid to make a move. Problem is, his best friend made a move and ended up marrying Logan’s dream girl. Now his best friend died and made him promise to finally claim his woman. Logan has been running from this promise but it finally ready to Katie. Katie has no idea what is coming for her. She is still grieving her dead husband and doesn’t understand her instant connection to Logan, but she doesn’t know who he really is. What will happen when she finds out Logan’s secret?

Honor was a great story. I loved the plot and it was very entertaining and kept me reading. It was both hilarious and deeply emotional. Logan is just the sweetest man. He always just wanted what was best for Katie, even if it was hurtful and harder for him. The best thing is also that Katie is not your typical size 2. She has curves in all the right places and Logan worships her.

If you love military romances, instalove stories, and second chance romances, then Honor (SEAL’ed #1) by Andi Jaxon and AJ Alexander is the book for you. Love (SEAL’ed #2) is coming in August and I cannot wait to hear about Logan’s current best friend and Katie’s two best friends!

Who doesn't love reading about military men? Swoon!!

Logan and Ryan met and became best friends while training to become Navy SEAL's. During one of their missions something terrible happens to Ryan and Logan ends up making a promise to take care of Ryan's wife, Katie. What happens when Logan finds Katie? How will she find it in herself to open up to love again after burying her husband? What happens when she finds out the secret he's been hiding?

I love that Katie has got curves and not the typical hot, skinny girl that all the guys are drooling over. She has self-esteem and body issues. But she feels adored and beautiful with Logan because he makes her feel that way.

Logan only has eyes for Katie. He has a promise to keep and nothing is going to stand in the way of finally claiming his girl....except for the secret he has been keeping from her.

I love the ending of the book, where Katie realizes the difference of loving Ryan and her love for Logan. The secondary characters help these two navigate their fears and feelings for each other. I cannot wait to read Charlie's book next! Avery and Amber are a hoot and I'm positive the next book will take us for a wild ride!

Honor was a quick read that I definitely couldn't get enough of, as these two authors were a fantastic duo that meshed perfectly together. Logan fell in love with Katie years ago, but watched his best friend marry her, however he made a death bed promise to said best friend, and it was one he intended to keep, although it took him years to come back. Finally, come back he did, and it was like he was never gone. And Logan's feelings hadn't changed one bit when he laid eyes on Katie again, so he set out to finally make her his. But, Logan was keeping a big secret from Katie, and when that secret came out, would Katie still be his? Like I said above, it was a quick read, as the story line was fast paced, but super hot, as their chemistry shot sparks out of my kindle, and when they finally exploded, the sexy times lit the sheets on fire. And I really liked the whole premise of Katie not being a stick figure of a woman, as that was Logan's whole point to her, but she still battled those hang ups, so it came off realistic. Then there were the secondaries that kept me laughing a lot, who added more depth to the story. This was a great read that I absolutely LOVED, and I CANNOT WAIT for the next book! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Exceptionally sweet with the perfect amount of heat and a whole lot of heart! Honor was the perfect book to spend a lazy afternoon wrapped up in. Logan and Katie along with their often hilarious friends had me hooked in no time once I started reading. While full of the sweetest of romance, there’s still an emotional depth to their story that really pulls you in.
Logan’s love for Katie knows no bounds. Loving her silently from afar for so long and sacrificing his own happiness for hers. I mean seriously, all the swoon, this man loves like no other. I adored Katie. Her down to earth personality combined with her being real not some stereotypical version of perfection made her so relatable. With Logan’s secret hovering over their heads I couldn’t help but be on edge while cheering them on to get the happiness they deserved.
Topping all the magic that is Katie and Logan off was the addition of Katie’s two best friends. Those twin tornadoes were not only hilarious with their antics, but fierce protectors making them insanely lovable! I can’t wait for more from this series.

I’ve started this book just a couple of hours ago and I didn’t imagine that I’d end it that fast. The story is quite fast-paced without leaving out anything important for the plot.

I was really curious after reading the blurb, to see how Logan and Katie’s story would be. I mean he couldn’t just go to her and tell her “Hi I’m your dead husband’s best friend and I’ve been in love with you for the past 8 years”!

Logan may be all badass but when it comes to Katie he’s such a softie. From the day he comes back, he’s determined to claim her. However, the secret he keeps, makes him fear for her ultimate reaction.

Katie lost her husband 4 years ago and she’s been alone ever since. With her being the “fat girl”, she can’t possibly believe that a gorgeous stranger asks her for a dance. Even though she comes out as strong, she has some deep insecurities, especially regarding her physical appearance.

I really liked their story. It’s a story of two souls that were meant to be and finally are coming together! I’m excited to read next stories as well!

Honor is book one in the SEAL’ed series, hence we see some military men and while each take their job more than serious, we see a side of them that we just want to not only swoon with, but hug as well. This is Logan’s story (AKA Cowboy). Wow! Is all I can say, that was very Honorable of you to do their Cowboy. You shall see as lips are sealed to avoid spoilers. Katie, love that's she is not a stick figure and that she isn't portrayed as bigger and she’s still thin. She’s normal like size 16. Yes, about time us bigger women find love. LOL We learn about Cruise or as I like to call Saving Private Ryan or Ghost Chaser. While our heart hurts, we see all around that the darkened secrets were meant to be kept hush at that time in Katie’s life and it’s her time for a fresh start. Do you allow your heart to love again? Can you handle losing another man to military? These are some of the questions you will be yourself reading this book. I love the way Logan’s story ended and I cannot wait for the Tornadoes to land in our laps. This was a great start to a new series and am excited to see more on the secondary characters. Never thought I’d Love to expect some Tornadoes in my life! But I am patiently wait for it to land peacefully.

Honor, by Andi Jaxon and AJ Alexander, is a wonderful story of healing and love.

Logan has always been in love with Katie. Unfortunately, she fell in love with his best friend and fellow Navy Seal, Ryan. When Ryan is killed, he tells Logan to go and take care of Katie.

He avoids doing so for years, but when he does, they hook up and she falls in love with him. Katie is confused that her feelings for Logan are stronger than they were for her husband. Ryan loved her, but Logan can't live without her. Same with her. Katie needs to forgive herself for moving on and actually loving Logan harder and deeper.

Now they are in love, but he hasn't confessed who he is yet and she has yet to make the connection between Logan and Ryan. The longer he puts it off, the more it will upset her.

This book is super romantic. Logan's feelings were Katie were always those of love. And as Katie gets to know Logan now, she falls hard, fast and deep. I love her ability to realize the different types of love that exist.

I recommend Honor for anyone looking for a sweet, gripping, romance.

Honor(SEAL'ed #1) by Author Andi Jaxon & Author AJ Alexander is a phenomenal book you’ll want to read over and over again.

I am a huge fan of Author Andi Jaxon and Author AJ Alexander. I had the pleasure of reading they’re first novel CRAZE and absolutely loved it. So if you haven’t read it yet it’s a #MustRead. Ok, so back to Honor Andi and AJ have done it again another compelling read.

The characters in the storyline drew me in from the very first page. Logan and Katie's relationship was so well written that I fell in love with them from the very beginning. There was one time that I wanted to smack Katie, but then she redeemed herself lol. The authors did a fantastic job giving us a strong leading lady, yet giving us a sexy curvy woman with self-steam issues. Who like all women who don't like something with our body have some body issues. I liked that about Katie because it makes her relatable. Logan's loves that she curvy and not all stick and bones and that made me love him. Logan's love for Katie had my heart melting for him.

“I Have waited almost a decade for you, and I’ll work the rest of my life to ensure that I deserve you.” -Logan

Katie at some points I felt for her. The guilt she felt due to her past broke my heart and had me ugly crying.

”I loved Ryan with all my heart and I know he loved me. I needed to love him first, so I would know how to love you right.” -Katie

So the whole time they were finding each other, I was rooting for them. Now Logan’s best friend Charlie he was such a funny character. He had me laughing a lot and I can’t wait for the second book to read more about him. Katie’s two best friends Avery and Amber were my two favorite characters in the book. I loved their personalities. They were blunt, funny, sassy, sexy and strong. They hooked up with Charlie and you will love the dynamic between the three.

“To our SEALs! God help us for loving them, and God help them if they cross one of us because they will have to deal with all of us!” - Avery

Honor is unputdownable. I read this book cover to cover in 24 hours. If your into military reads that is romantic, will make you cry, laugh, hot sex, and well-written storyline then this is definitely the book for you. Andi Jaxon and AJ Alexander have given us one captivating read. So take my advice and 1-Click it Now.

This dynamic duo of authors’ had done a fantastic job in penning this story. Logan made a promise to his best friend, and now he is back to claim Katie as his. The chemistry between these two is explosive, but when a secret is exposed will this be the end of their relationship? No spoilers; this is a definite must read for all military romance story lovers. This is a well written story, which is emotional and entertaining, adding in humour and this is a captivating page turner. I look forward to reading the next book in this amazing series.

A short, fast paced read, I quite enjoyed Honor. I liked the characters, (I can't wait to get Avery, Amber and Charlie's story) I thought the plot was pretty good, and while it moved forward lightning quick, I could deal with it.

I do think it could have been a bit more polished though. I read a lot of ARC's and expect those to have a few errors or editing issues. This however, I bought, and therefore expected there to be none of the little mistakes you get in ARC's sometimes and so while they didn't ruin the story for me, they were noticeable and so a little distracting. Still an enjoyable read though and I will be looking out for book 2.

WOW! I've volunteered to review this book for United Indie Book Blog. This is my first time reading one of Andi Jaxon books. Katie and Logan are incredible. I loved the military terms, and the brotherhood these men have but love how strongly they love the women in their life. I just loved every minute of this story. Logan had always loved Katie but the timing just wasn't right for them. You WILL HAVE to get this book and see if Logan and Katie will be together. I HIGHLY recommend this story! I'm definitely looking forward in reading the rest of this series. Keep up the great work!

This book is utterly amazing. It is so different then any other military romance that I've ever come across. It moved me to tears and kept me captivated from start to finish. And one of the most amazing things is this book is relatable! You can actually connect with the characters and it's not forced or trying to hard. They just reach out and pull you in and love you so hard it hurts but in the best way possible. This may be one of my best military romance reads so far this year!

This was a really cute steamy fast paced military romance. When you read the blurb you get pretty much the whole idea of what the story is and will consist of but the journey that Logan and Katie take was one to experience. I won’t go into too many details but I did like the story and am intrigued by the secondary characters and plan to read their story. 4 stars #2OCCJD

Keep up the great work.
