Music Selections
Mass Ordinary *
The Ordinary of the Mass includes the Kyrie (Lord, have mercy), Gloria (Glory to God), Sanctus (Holy, Holy), and Agnus Dei (Lamb of God).
Prelude *
Prelude music will begin about 15 minutes before the liturgy. Usually the organist has several appropriate pieces prepared, but if you have specific requests, please write them in "Other."
Entrance Antiphon (Introit) *
Sung as the priest and gentlemen enters the church from the side. You can choose from three antiphons. Antiphon 1: "May the Lord send you help from the holy place and give you support from Sion. May he grant you your heart's desire and fulfill every one of your designs." (Ps 19: 3, 5)  Antiphon 2: "May the God of Israel join you together, and may he be with you, who was merciful to two only children. And now, O Lord, make them bless you fully." (Tob 7:15; 8:19)  Antiphon 3: "God is in his holy dwelling place; the God who causes us to dwell together, one at heart, in his house; he himself will give power and strength to his people." (Ps 68: 7, 6, 36)
Procession of the full wedding party *
This includes all members of the wedding party, including the bride. For additional hymn suggestions, see http://seas1.org/?p=3985. For instrumental suggestions, see http://seas1.org/?p=3989.
Offertory/Preparation of the Gifts *
Offertory antiphon text: "In you, O Lord, I have placed my hope; I said, You are my God, my times are in your hands." (Ps 31) For additional hymn suggestions, see http://seas1.org/?p=3985. If you wish to use a different hymn, write it in the "Other" box.
Communion Antiphon *
The communion antiphon is always sung at the beginning of communion. You can choose from among three antiphons. Antiphon 1: "Behold, thus shall every man be blest who fears the Lord; and may you see your children's children; peace upon Israel." (Ps 127: 4, 6)  Antiphon 2: "Blessed are the pure of heart, for they shall see God; blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God; blessed are those who suffer persecution for the sake of justice, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." Antiphon 3: "Seek first the kingdom of God, and all the rest will be given to you in addition, says the Lord."

Scripture Readings
First Reading *
Responsorial Psalm/Gradual *
The psalm will be sung by the cantor. See full texts for psalms at http://foryourmarriage.org/responsorial-psalms/. If you elect for the cantor to sing the Gregorian Gradual instead of the psalm, choose Gradual A ("Revere the Lord, all you saints of his; for there is no want among those who fear him. Those who seek the Lord shall lack no good thing.") or Gradual B ("Your wife shall be as a fruitful vine on the sides of your house; your children as olive-plants round about your table.").
Second (New Testament) Reading *
Gospel Acclamation verse *
The verse selected will be sung in between repetitions of the refrain "Alleluia."
Gospel Reading *
See full texts and commentary at http://foryourmarriage.org/gospel-readings/
Readers *
This is only for the first and second readings; the Psalm will be sung by the cantor and the Gospel will be read by the priest or deacon. Readers must be regularly practicing Catholics.
Other information
Presentation of the Gifts *
Two to four friends or family members may carry the bread and wine which will be transformed in to the Body and Blood of Christ. Those bringing up the gifts should be regularly practicing Catholics.
Wedding Program *
There are often many non-Catholics or non-practicing Catholics at weddings. A thorough program can help them follow and understand the liturgy. We can prepare a program that will assist everyone present in following the entire order.
Musicians *
The Director of Music will contact you with the names of the organist and cantor. Unfortunately we cannot usually accommodate cantors and organists from outside the parish.
