About this event
In this two-part workshop, participants will be introduced to key improvement science principles and explore methods that drive improvement. Improvement science is a disciplined approach to educational innovation that supports educators, leaders, and researchers in collaborating to solve authentic problems of practice. Attendees will engage in hands-on activities to explore tools and strategies designed to support understanding problems of practice, including how Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles can support rapid learning. Attendees are encouraged, but not required, to attend in teams to support the application of concepts and skills in their local context.
Please note this is a two-part, virtual workshop. Participants must sign up for both parts! Zoom login information will be provided upon registration.
