Please note that this Google form only serves as STEP #1 of the Orientation Leader Application Process. Please refer to the "Orientation Leader Application Packet 2016-17" on our website (

In addition, you should plan to attend one of the three following informational sessions below:
- Thursday, September 22nd 4:30-5:30pm
- Friday, September 23rd 12:30-1:30pm
- Monday, September 26th 5:30-6:30pm
*** All informational sessions will be held in the Student Union, Room 1360 (located near Student Involvement, Student Union 1400 - across from the Jamba Juice)!
