Survey for TGNC People in the NYC Shelter System (i.e. DHS/DYCD)
This survey is to gather information about the experiences of Trans and Gender Non Conforming (TGNC) people in the NYC Shelter System. We are collecting information from anyone who has been in a Department of Homeless Services (DHS) or Department of Youth, Children, and Development (DYCD) Shelter in the last year.

Examples of DHS  shelters include Williams, Franklin, Stadium, Millennium, Marsha's House
Examples of DYCD shelters include Ali Forney Center

This survey is a tool of the Sylvia Rivera Law Project (SRLP) Shelter Organizing Team (SOT) please do not share or reproduce without contacting us first mbt@srlp.org. This survey was inspired by SOT leader Tanya Lee Price, co-lead organizers Synthia China Blast and Stephanie Phillips with support from SRLP staff and members.
