STEM PLAY PROGRAM REGISTRATION
Auburn Day School will offer our STEM PLAY Program (11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) M-F for the 2021-22 Academic Year. 2-day, 3-day and 5-day program options are available. If you are a current family (enrolled for the 2021-22 Academic Year) and you'd like to enroll your child for STEM PLAY, you do not have to choose the same number of days for both programs. However, if you choose fewer days than you chose for the STEM Preschool Program but the days you select must align with your current days. (i.e. If your child is a 3-day student for the STEM Preschool Program and you'd like to choose the 2-day program for STEM PLAY, you must choose two of the three days your child attends in the morning.)

If your child isn't currently enrolled for the STEM Preschool Program at ADS this coming year, you may still enroll in the STEM PLAY program.

Tuition for STEM PLAY
5-day program for 2021-22 Academic Year (10 payments of $595/month)
3-day program for 2021-22 Academic Year (10 payments of $366/month)
2-day program for 2021-22 Academic Year (10 payments of $245/month)

A non-refundable deposit/cancellation fee of $200 is due at the time of enrollment. This deposit will be applied to the 10th tuition payment for your child.

After completing this registration form, you will receive an email confirming your child's place in the STEM PLAY Program. We hope to have a class for each age group but we cannot guarantee that there will be a place for your child until the enrollment process is complete.
