I have returned to Forest City Storage after a couple years. I searched around as I had been out of the storage industry for some time looking at competitors and they are still leading. I found one cheaper location but their business practises were significantly lacking.
Their customer service is wonderful. They are patient and do not push you to make an immediate decision.
Units are clean and maintained. Roads are gravel and can be muddy at times but usually not.
Overall, I am happy and feel comfortable leaving my belongings in their facilities.

I got a good briefing from a well informed staff member and was shown a mock up of the unit I would be renting. The unit proved to be very clean, dry and built on a concrete foundation. Anything I have seen so far shows a good business like operation.
