In October along with 10 others I will be attempting to trek up and summit Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, the highest mountain in Africa and the tallest free standing mountain in the world - at 5,895m or 19,341 feet.

For me, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity.  I've always enjoyed the outdoors and pushing myself on physical challenges and this time I'm calling on friends and family to support me in raising some funds for the British Heart Foundation.  

Some of my immediate family have undergone treatment for heart related conditions so I would like to be able to give something back.  Coronary heart disease is the UK’s single biggest killer and I hope with your support to be able to help them continue their life saving research. Every pound raised will help make a massive difference to people's lives so if you can please make a donation I will give it my all to get to the top!
