Check in and out took too long!!! Nearly 45minutes to get the room. And the room not even ready when arrived. We came around 4.30pm. Why allow people to check out late when the room already have people to check in?? And the room booked for 3people but the amenities for 2people. Because these 2 issues, I deduct 1 star But the room is nice and spacious, the bfast also nice, the view awesome, the staff checking the room AC also nice, the restaurant people also kind and helpful. Location awesome.. can just use grab if too lazy to drive..
