“Early Access is essential for the soviet revolution to start as soon as possible. Our agents are spread among ordinary players and journalists. We need to hype up the upcoming breakthrough, so that everyone is ready when the time comes. The time of the game release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The Soviet revolution has to come ASAP. Our estimates are about 6 to 12 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Once we have captured the bases in the West, we will be able to control the whole world. We will add new structures, new missions, and of course new five-year plans. There will also be translations into more languages.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Officially the state our game is perfect. However, somebody sabotaged us and published highly classified information about the actual progress on the store site. Despite our propaganda spreading all over the world, we can assume that the game is 50% complete.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features. The final price is not yet known”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The Steam community is a truly democratic way of making games. As we all know, the Soviet democracy is a guided democracy. The game is being developed by a single person, but the people will have the right to make comments – only positive ones. If the workers and farmers dare to suggest any changes, then I, as the Leader, will show mercy and will introduce these requests to the game. I don’t want to abuse my power, therefore all comments will be shown to the public and gathered on reddit.com, Facebook, Steam and forum.

About This Game

Soviet City is a game made up of quick game plays, where building and control is essential.
We take a lot from classic city builders. The player takes the role of mayor of the city. Soviet law and economy have their own laws. Every building influences a terror bar. Be careful, because excessive terror level leads to a rebellion. On the other hand, when terror level is too low, the dictator can replace you with a more appropriate person. Limited materials and people disobedience can cause trouble with implementation of five-year plans.

Every game is a little different. After unlocking perks, your strategy of building has to be evaluated for the higher level.
Socialism is our launching pad for new genders

System of building requires your attention. You should ensure that your people are working, not just drinking vodka.
Some of the buildings can increase or decrease level of terror. Terror determines the effectiveness of all buildings and soviets. Apart from that, it is also the main threat to your regime
