a. Resolution 30-14
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution # 30-14 which is embedded in an Emergency Solutions Grant.
b. Resolution 31-14
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution # 31-14 authorizing the Chester Valley Trail Phase II Construction Contract Amendment.
c. Resolution 32-14
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution # 32-14 approving an amendment to the articles of the Incorporation of the Chester County Solid Waste Authority.
d. Amendment to Delegation Agreement between the County of Chester and Chester County Solid Waste Authority
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Amendment to Delegation Agreement between the County of Chester and the Chester County Solid Waste Authority (CCSWA) authorizing CCSWA's assistance in Municipal Waste Planning and Plan Update.
e. Authorization to Bid
The Department of Procurement and General Services is requesting Authorization to Bid the following item:

. Fit-out of Courtrooms 18 & 19 at the Justice Center
