Story

We are taking on a team challenge to exercise every single day in  January.

We are doing this to support Motor Neurone Disease. A disease which strikes many but appears to be associated with contact sports like rugby. We want to see more money invested into research into this  debilitating condition. We are inspired by Rob Burrow MBE and his fight against this horrible disease. And Scottish Rugby Union International Doddie Weir OBE too. The rugby family - League and Union - have come together to raise money, and we are in. You can find out more on this BBC documentary here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m000nggd/rob-burrow-my-year-with-mnd

We really want other people to join in with our team. Pick an activity that you will do every day in January and join our JustGiving team. You can do this in two ways - send me a message and I'll add your name to the list below, or you can set up your own linked JustGiving page by clicking the button below.

The more of us there are, the more money we can raise together.

Here are the team activities (we can add to this, just let us know!)

1) Cumulative kata challenge - one kata on 1st of January, two katas on 2nd January, three katas on the 3rd and so on. That will be 496 katas in January.   The team got carried away within the first week though, so now we are just trying to complete as many katas as we can in January!
