Teens Teach Tech Grant Application
Apply for our grant to hold your own Teens teaching Tech program in your community. "Teens Teaching Tech" is a workshop series designed to provide older adults with one-on-one support with their modern devices from teens in the community to foster and cultivate intergenerational relationships.

We will supply the training materials and funding for promotional flyers, print-outs and volunteer staff T-shirts. Older adults have gadgets like digital cameras, tablets, mobile phones, and apps that they find challenging to use. The goal of this program is to promote intergenerational programs and help senior citizens feel comfortable with ever-evolving technology.

The applicant must be part of a school-based club or homeschool community organization in the United States. The $250.00 grants are provided to high school clubs: community service, National Honors Society, and computer clubs. Please complete the grant below and scan and email the following two letters to Simone(at)volunTEENnation.org with “Teens Teach Tech” Grant application in subject line.

1. Letter from Principal or Faculty Club Advisor on Official School Letterhead with approval for program and contact information.
2. Letter from the host facility (public high school, library, YMCA, community center, retirement center, hospital) on official letterhead from site willing to host the program. The letter should provide a brief description of your program.

If your club is chosen as a grant by volunTEENnation.org, you give us permission to use photographs and information about your program on our website or in any of our social media or promotional materials.
