Templeton Journey 1
Karen Wong, Strategic Account Director - home based.
Karen started working for us as a resourcer in our London hub 10 years ago, she moved to Shanghai for personal reasons and then left the company.
Two years later, we decided to focus on developing our business in China further, which is when we invited Karen back to manage our Shanghai based hub. Whilst there, she fell in love with a German, and as we were keen to support her development, we enabled her to move to Germany where they are building a family.
Karen now works from home, baby in one arm, phone in another and remains our top biller running our biggest global account making placements across 5 time-zones, earning 5 figure monthly pay cheques.

Shao Fan, Senior Recruitment Consultant - London hub.
Originally, from Chengdu in China, Shao started working for us over 2 years ago when she joined us as a recruitment consultant mainly working on ERP/SAP requirements with Team France.
Less than 6 months on from her start date due to Shao’s tenacity and consistent high performance, she was invited to engage with one of our largest global clients, focusing mainly on delivering Cloud, BA and Project Manager roles throughout China.
Such was Shao’s success, within a year she was promoted to Principle Consultant where her delivery was extended beyond China to US and Europe.
Shao earns £70k per year playing to her strengths carrying out pure delivery. We have never asked her to make a cold call to a client, and never will.
Shao continues to exceed goals with her extended remit now including data scientists, software engineers and data engineers, and continues to be one of our top billers.
Templeton Journey 3
Gregory Gurvich, Senior Consultant - Berlin hub
German native, multi-lingual Greg joined our London hub almost 3 years ago initially as a Consultant within the software dev/Java space in Spain leveraging his Spanish language skills. Following strong growth, he then transitioned into the dedicated Salesforce team and helped expand territories with his language skills.
Greg played a key role in the success of the Salesforce team, who were awarded best team in Q1 2018, which resulted in Greg's promotion to Senior Consultant in April of the same year, within 6 months of starting at Templeton.
Templeton actively promotes team members moving from hub to hub, an opportunity Greg has embraced with both hands as at the start of 2020 he's moving from London back home, to occupy an integral role within the German hub.
