UMKC Athletics, Arvest Bank Introduce New Fan App

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – UMKC Athletics and Arvest Bank announced on Thursday the release of a fan experience app that will change how Roos fans follow the team. The newly-developed app by From Now On – UMKC Roos Athletics – is now available for free download on the App Store® and Google PlayTM and allows fans to follow live statistics and scores for the UMKC men's and women's basketball teams in real-time during games. Future developments are planned to further enhance the app.

Fans also have access to team rosters, player and coach biographies, game schedules, special game day offers and other information created specifically for UMKC fans. The app was created by From Now On and was made possible through a collaboration with Arvest Bank.

The UMKC Roos Athletics fan experience app will be unveiled for Thursday evening's Western Athletic Conference men's basketball opener between UMKC and New Mexico State at Municipal Auditorium.
