United Way creates opportunities for children to have bright futures and for caring volunteers to make a difference in our community. Last year, our United Way mobilized more than 300 United Way Readers, volunteers to help children learn to read early on in life. Now United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council is joining with community partners to help young children build the literacy and social skills they need to succeed now and in the future. We encourage you to please join us in this community-wide effort that will benefit all of us.
