Lindsay Lohan is not heading to rehab after her alleged hit-and-run in New York.
Gossip Cop reports that claims by X17 Online that Lohan and her assistant Gavin Doyle are "going to check in together" sometime "within the next week" are false.
A source close to the actress told the website: "Every word of [the X17 Online] article is completely false."
Lohan was arrested by police following an incident on September 18. She allegedly clipped a pedestrian and failed to stop.
The star attended a Slash concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom earlier in the evening
Yesterday, it was reported that Lohan was 'not drunk' at the time of the alleged incident.
